Onsite restaurant was lovely and wait staff exceptional. Food was very good but limited choices.
Front desk staff was warm and helpful. We did have an issue with our TV and the maintenance man took care of it. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Our only complaint is that our room, 705, was disappointing. The furniture was old and damaged as was the carpet and the light fixtures should be replaced. It is in serious need of redecorating. More storage would have been nice too.
The room itself and the bathroom were immaculate. Hallways were dark and uninviting and the wall had spill stains by the elevator.
I was happy that the hotel was very understanding about my dog being an ESA. Great location and easy ride to the national park.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay. The location is very nice with the restaurant and views over the river.
It was very crowded and therefore a little messy. The coffee machine was not working, which is very unfortunate.
