Everything was good. Our room did need some safety upgrades. Stuff was falling apart. They also need to staff accordingly at the bar/Restaurant. The bartender was the only one working and had to cover a completely full restaurant. Every table was full.

Excellent stay, friendly, helpful, competent staff. Restaurant less so. Salad wilted and steak overcooked.

The hotel was set up very nicely. We enjoyed the bar. The loft was an amazing room to stay in!

It was great. Huge place but very quiet. Fantastic ceiling to floor window to see outside in the garden area and mountains. Many things we didn't get to explore because we only stayed 1 night. The place was pet friendly which is very important to us. We will return to explore more of what the Lodge has to offer!

The hotel is not very clean and does not provide turndown. The rooms are also tired and there is no bottled water. We also did not receive the free drinks that were advertised even when we asked for them

I picked keystone by chance. I could have stayed anywhere in the area. Im so happy with my choice. The staff went above and beyond. My only complaint is that i didnt stay longer. Thanks for a great experience

Stayed from 3/14-3/17. Room was outdated with old carpet and aged yellowed outlets. The walls in bathroom were not cleaned from regular use of the sink area. Door frames were worn and damaged. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and service was average. All together this did not feel like a 4 star hotel.

The staff at the Keystone Lodge was very friendly and accommodating. They took the time to have a conversation and make sure they were meeting all of our needs. I was concerned about the parking situation, but the enclosed walking path was convenient and quick. Our fridge was not working but after making a request maintenance came within 30 minutes and had it repaired very quickly. Our room had a ski lodge vibe and plenty of space, but the best part was the incredible view from our balcony!

My family stayed from Dec 26 to 30, 2023. EVERYDAY, I called the Front desk because the the lights in the bathroom and the entry foyer went out. Even if I leave the door open, it was still dark bec the foyer lights were out. You can just imagine how cold and dark the bathroom was, I mean, freezing cold, in the middle of winter. The front desk, I guess, will call somebody, then lights will turn on, and then they turn off again, within a few min. Most of the day and early night, we were at the ski slopes, so I don't know how much of the problem happens. The first time I was told to turn the light switch on, and I said it was on and that is why I knew the lights were out. The next time I called, they can give me a voucher for coffee or wine, which I was not interested in at all, I just want them to fix the bathroom and foyer properly, and not just to do a "band-aid fix". No other fixtures used. I was told that they are just so busy, and I said that my complaint is very valid for them to address. This kept on going until we left. The room is about $600 per night, but I sure did not feel happy at all about the room. I wanted to talk to the manager to complain but the person was not available. My inconvenience turned into aggravation. I have never stayed at a hotel before with a recurrent problem that was not addressed properly. When my family went to Breckenridge, we did not have any problems at all with the hotel. I gave 2 stars for the convenience of shuttle transportation.

Really noisy, sound travels through the walls exceptionally well.
No thermostatic controls in the room.
Beautiful view, great linens and bed.
Inconvenient parking unless you valet.
Staff were very friendly all the way around.

My husband and i had booked first ski trip since covid. However we booked at another location for 4 days. After spending one night at different location, we decided we were not gonna stay there again for many reasons so looked up the lodge and spa since we had a great experience there last summer and thankfully we were able to book that morning for the rest of our ski week. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a front desk associate who was so kind and friendly. Our loft room was so welcoming and nice and clean we knew we had made the right decision to switch. Then we visited the bar downstairs and every staff member we ran into were so nice and friendly! The parking valet guys were super helpful and also very nice, although we did feel the cost was a little high but all in all, worth it! Our only regret is that we had to spend a night in the other place that we booked prior! We will definitely be back to the keystone lodge and spa and can't wait!

Trouble with front desk. Received my room too late. Had an inconvenience with extra charges that the manager handled perfectly. Other wise, good in general.

We had a great stay and the place was really nice. I’d highly recommend fixing the email saying to check in at a different address when you can simply check in at the front desk. The check in address mentioned how we weren’t the first ones trying to check in there for Keystone Lodge & Spa.

Hotel is located away from most restaurants, so we had to rely on the hotel restaurant which was not open for lunch. Also, the breakfast room was not well heated, so we were freezing during breakfast. Overall a so so experience. Would not recommend

Stayed for three nights from 12/31 to 1/3
Pros: clean room, freindly staff, great pool area , shuttle services were great, bar was great.
Cons: no self serve laundry, microwave is shared with all floor, extra charge for 3rd party booking for example I got hit with an extra $144 for my 3 nights.
The only reason I would go back to this hotel is that the staff was amazing, helpful and kind.

It was extremely magical for Christmas with my family! Watching the snow fall from our balcony was perfect and fast transport to the ski slopes.
The housekeeping staff and water ladies were so cheerful and helpful. They made us feel right at home for the week. Thank you 🙂

Service was excellent, the rooms were clean and well appointed, and the faculty was
Very nice. We were disappointed in the limited selection at the breakfast buffet, particularly given the cost. The room was very hot at night, so much so that even without using blankets it was very hot. It was also disappointing that the resort seemed to do very little to abate the ice building up in the parking lot.

Room was not ready at Check-In time. We had a 5pm reservation, so we went to dinner in ski clothes dirty and were not able to check in. No compensation was provided and they had the gall to still charge the 40 resort fee. The parking is across the highway making drop off and departure very difficult as well.

I loved the view!!! Ughhhh it was super peaceful, great weather and excellent food. For the price you get to do a lot around the resort and with the keystone lodge you have the shuttles that take you around for free. The workers are very kind and informational!

I overall liked my stay here. The email with details that I was sent multiple times, said I had to check in at a place near the hotel. When I got there, they told me it was only for condos and to go to the hotel, minor inconvenience. The hotel is a bit dated, but my room was clean and cozy with a nice balcony. I love a place with an outdoor hot tub, and was excited to see that they had a eucalyptus steam room. This, however, was closed. Next, I booked this hotel because I wanted a place with room service to have a cozy night myself. I learned when I arrived that they discontinued it during Covid and didn’t bring it back. She told me that the restaurant does to-go orders. Though I was very disappointed, I was determined to enjoy my trip. After showering and putting my pjs on, I attempted to call the restaurant to place my order. I called four different numbers, and left a voicemail to no avail. So I guess ordering to go had to be done in person. I got dressed, went down to the restaurant and ordered. Staff was very friendly. To add onto my annoyance, the order (soup) took over 30 minutes. Finally I received it and immediately put my card on the check when it was given to me. Then the bartender went somewhere, and when she came back started putting receipts into the register, not acknowledging me. She finally ran my card and I left. Soup was okay, not very warm after the wait. Again, I like this place, but my experience was not what I hoped for.

The information on Expedia is incorrect on the following: no daily cleaning, no 3 restaurants, spa was horrible and expensive, staff very poor service. Hidden fees at end of bill.

Staff was incredibly great
Place overall is kind of run down, not expecting that considering the price.

This was our 4th stay at the resort. Staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms large and comfortable, grounds beautiful and the restaurant is great. Will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Keystone lodge, it was easy with my two pups and I have the worlds most amazing massage at the spa (thank you Steve!) Quite enjoyed the off-season peace and quiet (before things ramp up ski season.) The hot tub, pool, sauna and steam room are wonderful amenities and I had them allllll to myself. Loved my stay here.
