We were called 5min prior to the 4pm check time and told that our room was ready. Once we unloaded the car and made it to the door, it was still being cleaned. We waited in the hall for another 5+min and were able to enter. The room was nicely decorated and appears to habe been renovared within the past 5yrs. I wiuld highly suggest that the mattress on the murphy bed be replaced as well as the entire sleeper sofa. The bed frame forbthe sleeper sofa was ar such an angle, my child's feet were much higher than their head. Great location and the mtn shuttle waa very convenient.

We loved our stay. The place was perfect for me and my daughter. “Vintage” but great location working real fireplace well stocked kitchen. My daughter loved the pool and hot tub. FYI. It is 3 flights so be prepared (no elevator)

Great views, homey and spacious condo. Relatively clean.

The view from the room was amazing. But room itself was horrible. Half an hour after settling in the bathroom ceiling started leak. Water dripping from the fan and light bulb. Room smelled like it was drenched in Lysol’s. Old TV that only has couple channel. The room gets too hot but nowhere to adjust the temperature. Terrible place, won’t be coming back.

While the resort community itself is quite nice. The specific property rented was poorly misrepresented in the photographs. Rather than a room overlooking the ice-skating rink… Which is the whole reason we went there… the actual lodging was excessively pale in comparison. I really have nothing else to say. I am sorely disappointed at both Expedia and the resort for poorly representing the available rental unit and I will not rent at this location again.

I went to this condo as part of a conference. I did not have a car because I was supposed to have free shuttle service. There is no way to accept deliveries ( groceries, food) as there is no address and the attached hotel will not let you have deliveries sent there. There was one over priced restaurant with questionable service. The last night we used the shuttle service (which was iffy at best) and went to a nearby restaurant. When I called to be picked up I was told I did not have access to the shuttle. (there is no UBER) After an argument - they agreed to come get me. Never again !!! There are muchbetter choices

If I could rate this property 0 stars, I would. It was a terrible experience, start to finish.

The instructions for finding the condo were terrible, the elevator was broken. No maps of the resort of amenities for the resort were provided. Room itself was clean and well stocked, only needed to be aired out a while it smelled like pets.

Our condo was in a quiet, familu-friendly atea. It was clean and spacious and had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay. It was within walking distance to the main resort, including ice skating and dining.

Construction was going on during our stay which was unfortunate. It was right outside the windows so we kept the blinds closed most of the time so the workers couldn't see in. It would have been a wonderful view without the construction. I'm surprised they still rented out the condo.
Bed was comfy but took up a large part of the studio. Kitchen was dated but reasonably stocked.
Dated bathroom.

Good room with great views! Would highly recommend this condo.

Our unit was very nice and updated. The whole lodge however, was painted over chipping paint instead of being sanded first. Our microwave also did not work.

We stayed in a studio and spent a week for skiing. The studio was spacious and the kitchen well equipped.
The gym and jacuzzi were both great.
The shuttle buses were reliable and on time and dropped us off right in front of the lift.
There was parking available right in front of the studios.
I'd definitely stay there again.

Great location and views, beds are a little hard

The room we got was not the room pictured on the website. The second bed was a very old & worn out pull out lounge bed. The picture description showed two queen beds, one in the bedroom & one in the lounge room. Very uncomfortable & frankly, false advertising. The inside of room 1548 at Lakeshore A was nice & roomy but quite old, the dishwasher sounded like a truck, extremely noisy. The shower head was very weak stream of water. The microwave was very loud & noisy. The toaster was cheap & nasty, tipped over when you pushed the lever down & you have to tip the toast out. The supplied kitchen ware was very good & lots of it. The windows are in poor condition to open & close, with one of them coming off its track while open. Luckily it went back in after I jiggled it around for 5 minutes, but we were worried it would have to stay open all night. The shower curtain rail is just balancing on the edges of the tiles, not fastened, so it fell a number of times when pulling the curtain back. Overall, a rating of 4 out of 10. We expected a lot more.

This condo is absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfy! We are seriously happy! The views are amazing as well!! The shower products are aromatherapy products and make you feel like you're in a spa! Everything was perfect! For reference, we rented the 2 bedroom condo, but you should also know the living room also has a pull out couch so you can seriously sleep plenty and it had two bathrooms which was great!

Amazing space ! Clean, cozy, great views and lots of light. The pool and hot tub area was perfect after a day of skiing. We would definitely stay again!

A bit dated and linoleum coming up in bathroom, older decor, but we liked it a lot! Especially the staff and heated pool area. They were great!

We were impressed by the facility. It's a little difficult to know who to call with questions but other than that it's beautiful and a great location to where we went skiing at Arapahoe Basin.

Horrible directions. The map to the building is poorly drawn. We were provided a unit number but never told which building. Got to the building finally after driving around and the keys didn't work so had to drive back to the registration office. Took a full 45 minutes just to get into our room.

Very clean place. Check out time was unclear on the time, not communicated well at all.

The condo was outdated and in disrepair, it had a chunk of carpet missing at the door to the bedroom bathroom, drywall damage in the guest restroom, the windows leaked cold air endlessly, drywall damage at windows and blinds barely functioned if at all. Carpet installation was sloppy with the carpet extending beyond the termination strip. Coffee cups with the unit where the smallest we have ever seen.
Overall the unit had good size which was nice, location was great, indoor parking was key and amenities where nice

There was no service to come in and clean room for the 8 days we were there. We Ran out of kleenex and had just enough toilet til the last day. The kitchen was not adequately equipped with cooking items, ie. Fry pans, serving bowls, utensils. We used to come to keystone many years ago, the place has changed a lot. Very run down and old. The jacuzzi had scum on the sides. The restaurants said they were opened and you walk over and they were not. I feel because we were 3rd party and booked through hotels.com they just neglect us.

Well appointed Condo that makes a perfect ski house for family skiing vacation.

The condo itself was very nice. No complaints about that.
However, the management and communication was horrible. They neglected to let me know that there was a code for the front door of the building that you need to get back in, which wasn't necessary when I checked in so I had no idea. I went out at 10:00 pm to get ski boots out of my Jeep so that weren't cold in the morning, and was locked out of the building. It took over 25 minutes to find someone to let me back in. If I wouldn't have had my cell phone with me, it would have been much worse.
The other issue was the grill on the deck. It had a lock on the propane tank, so it could not be used. In all of my 15 years of staying in rented condos, I have never seen that before. We had purchased food to grill and had no where to grill it. They said they would come up and unlock it, but they never came up. It was very disappointing.
