Attention to details! Check in seamless, chocolate chip cookies and variety of drinks in lobby. Room on ground floor, heated bathroom floors, comfortable beds. They are updating so construction around but not intruding on guests. Wonderful breakfast spread. Hotel close to square and shops. Spa was closed down.
Even housekeeping services but we declined. Enjoyable stay.

Nice large room with heated tile floors in bathroom. All the comforts of home. Breakfast was very good. Only negative was the fact that the hot tub was not working. Shuttle to airport was benefit.

We stayed here in the off-season between the end of ski season and the start of summer season. Perhaps not the best time to visit Jackson, as many things are closed, and a lot of maintenance is going on. There were a couple days where there was plenty of construction noise filtering into the room. The toilet and shower were in a separate room from the twin sinks....convenient when two people are trying to get ready for dinner. Room itself was quite big with smart considerations, like hooks by the door to hang stuff ( it is a ski town, so this is logical). Breakfast was above average, but the amount of seating would be insufficient if we were there in the middle of ski/summer season. There is a conference room elsewhere to handle the overflow. Location was convenient to dining establishments (Give Bin 22 a try), only a short walk to downtown. It is also a very short drive to Grand Teton National Park.
We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend the Rockwell Inn to other travelers.

We love staying at the Lexington after working long hours and are too tired to go home. We've stayed at many hotels in Jackson, this is one of our two favorites to rest. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly. They have the most comfortable beds as well as the best breakfast in town. Thank you!

Breakfast is the best in my recent hotel stay. Will be back if skiing in Jackson hole

Good check in. Friendly front desk. Morning front desk was amazing. Bathroom floor heating did not work. Forgot to tell front desk. Beds were comfortable. TV worked fine. Shower good. Housekeeping nice and friendly. No breakfast due to construction in breakfast area even though website said breakfast included. Bummed about that. Website needs to be updated about that. That's one of the reasons we chose that hotel. Over all, good place.

Mostly good but had we known that they were doing renovations on hotel we would have got another hotel. So best to check state of renovations before you book there.

Everything was great except the pool/hot tub were closed my entire stay due to maintenance. This may have been unexpected work, but it was unfortunate as it would have been nice to sit in there after skiing.

Pleasant 1-night stay. Room was clean and roomy. Parking lot near our room was all full so we had to walk a little from other side of the icy parking lot with our bags. Disappointed that pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance but may not have used them anyway because they were in another building. Breakfast in the main building was decent.

We found ourselves on an unexpected overnight stay in Jackson after road conditions prevented us from getting home to north Wyoming. I found this gem on the app and booked within minutes. We just needed a bed and a shower, so we were able to save money by snagging the compact room option. It would have been a bit tight for a longer stay, but for one night, it was perfect. It was also on the second floor tucked away in the corner, so it was relatively quiet. We were also walking distance to dinner and breakfast, which made life simple. Parking is free, although we did have a trailer with us that that couldn’t accommodate. The management were less than helpful in providing guidance as to where we might be able to park without getting a ticket. (You cannot park overnight on the streets in Jackson.) Thankfully, the Sheriff’s Office came to our rescue and provided assistance regarding that little (big) dilemma.

Staff at front desk was rude and did not care one bit about our situation. Asked for an hour or 2 past 11 since our flight had been delayed till late in the afternoon and they would not let us even though they definitely were not even close to full. Place is outdated and they didn't bother to tell us that the second floor was under complete construction and smelled of paint the whole 8 days we were there. Also the breakfast buffet is not much and equal to a motel 6 or something like that and they are much cheaper. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are plenty of nice hotels in the area.

Great stay!

Nice to have a mini kitchen. Breakfast was good. Breakfast potatoes (vegetarian; no meat additions) would have been a great companion to the eggs. The breakfast room ladies worked hard to keep everything clean and stocked. Will stay there again next time I’m in Jackson.

Everything was good. The airport shuttle (and ski shuttle) is a highlight for staying here. I was especially happy that the shuttle drivers were very safe drivers which was not so much the case in January, 2022.

Another great stay at the Lexington. Great room, front desk service, and breakfast.

Great location for short walks to the square, restaurants, bars, ice cream etc, great if not excellent breakfast, (except the coffee should be a little stronger), having a parking space so close to the square and adjacent locations is another plus.
Zero complaints.

Such a lovely place to stay! Very clean, lovely staff, great complimentary breakfast. Extremely close to all that Jackson Hole has to offer! And the warm cookies at the reception… YUM! One of the main reasons I will return!! Lol!
Wonderful stay! Loved everything about it!

Very convenient location within 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants in town center of Jackson. Clean comfortable rooms. Excellent complimentary hot/cold breakfast buffet.
Staff helpful and courteous. Helpful hotel shuttle.
Only con is that rooms were little noisy. Could hear neighbors at times.

Hotel staff was very friendly and most accomodating. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet was hearty and delicious. Very convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. We had a most excellent experience during our winter stay.

Lexington was a great spot in town. We really liked the shuttle service. Overall met all our needs.

The bathroom door was warped and would not close. Our towels were tattered. TP had a nasty brown 💩 on it.
Pool house needs a good cleaning, fans were filthy, mold near the hot tub.
Staff was nice. And the breakfast was good

Rooms are fine but nothing special. We did enjoy the fireplace in the bedroom, but the furniture is rather bleak for the price. Good breakfast and excellent staff.

Great walkable location. Staff were great. They are undergoing a renovation that was happening right under our room, which was noisy for a few days of our stay.

Great hotel. Close to town with restaurants & bars. All of the hotel staff was remarkably friendly. They had added perks such as free airport shuttle, free breakfast & even warm chocolate chip cookies in the lobby to go along with the coffee and tea provided. Room was pretty big. Heated floors in bathroom area. Average style , no frills room. But clean. The lights outside the courtyard building wasn’t working, which made it super dark at night- that needs to be fixed. Otherwise, I would recommend!

That was our 6th stay in Jackson, first time in the Lexington. Will defintely stay there again. Super conveniently located. Block and a half from the main square, ample parking clean and spacious rooms. Heated floor in bathroom area. Super nice staff starting with the desk, ladies in the breakfast area, all the way to the room attendants. Very decent breakfast for a hotel included continental, good options for non meat/eggs eaters as well. Relaxing and pleasant stay all around.

We stayed 6 nights at this hotel. My issue with the staff came when after we checked out & made it to the airport(8:45/9am), we immediately realized we left $100 worth of our souvenirs in our room. Totally our fault, we forgot to grab them, I take full responsibility for that. I immediately called the hotel & gave very specific description of the bag they were in & where in the room I left them. I wanted them mailed to us & said I would pay for shipping and any costs. We had been gone less than an hour, so not even likely that housekeeping had even gone into our room to clean yet. The woman on the phone said she would go look and call me back to figure out shipping. No call back. I called back that same day at 3:30 & was told nothing had come up but housekeeping doesn’t bring anything to the front desk until around 4 or 5 so I will need to call back after that time. I called again the next day because I still had not heard anything and spoke to the same woman who I was told is the manager and she had apologized that she forgot to call me back & was going to call housekeeping right away & call me right back to let me know. Still no call back after an hour. 4th time calling back & I speak to Adi who told me that they couldn’t find my things and they’ll let me know if it “shows up”. He got very rude when I told him I could only assume that my things were stolen by staff since they were left in the room and now “missing”. I was talked over & given GM cell & no call back

We enjoyed our stay at the Lexington. Our breakfast was delicious. So many options to choose from. The staff was proffessional, knowledgeable and welcoming. Anytime I needed directions, Wen Far, would pull out a map and show me. Perfect location, anything you need is only a 2 block walk. I really like having the hydration station in the lobby. Everything we needed was right there at the Lexington and if not, they provided transportaion. I hope to go back one day.

The only negative is that they don’t have an underground passage to the hot tub. It’s great having lodging within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants. We drive back and forth to the Jackson Hole ski resort, which was preferred rather than taking the hotel shuttle to the resort. The coffee, kitchenette, flavored waters, and warm cookies were wonderful touches.

Nice rooms not overly expensive, close to town, free breakfast.

Great location as it’s a quick walk to both the elk refuge and to downtown for shopping and dining. The 5pm fresh baked cookies in the lobby was a big hit with the kids.

Our room was amazing. Large, perfect for families. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Room was warm in the winter, temperature was easy to adjust. Pool was much smaller than expected, but great for our little family.
