We stayed here twice during our Italy vacation. It’s very conveniently located, walking distance from the station, 20/30 min to the Duomo. There is a beautiful park 3 min away, called Parco Biblioteca degli Alberi , mini market right across the hotel and plenty of caffes and restaurants around. Hotel was clean, breakfast buffet was plenty and super nice staff.

Jonni at the front desk was personable and helpful.
The complimentary breakfast from 7 to 10am was excellent, but get there before 9am because some of the offerings run low and may not be replenished.
We enjoyed a drink at the rooftop bar on our last night.

The staff was very welcoming and always at hand. The breakfast was of good quality and the service was very satisfactory.
Room was quiet other than occasional siren as it is close to a main road but because of it there is plenty amenities, transport being one of them. Little grocery store as well as couple bistros and tobacco shop.
Very convenient spot as the main rail station is only 10 minutes awa which was handy for when we went to Verona.
