Very clean and waitstaff was friendly. There are multiple amenities and restaurants in the hotel. Went to try to get a table at one and waited for 20 min with no greeting before going to a different one. I mixed up dates and was unable to modify the reservation, so I had to pay for my room twice. Was told that if I had requested the refund prior to booking the new room, it would have been honored. If I had booked through the hotel instead of hotels.com, I also could have avoided the issue. Was able to get resolved with the manager, but soured my overall experience.

We have been coming here on a regular basis for over 8 years and we have ALWAYS rated your hospitality as excellent. Your bell boys are the best - always at hand and smiling. Your servers at La Huerta are exceptional. Rooms are clean and inviting. We will keep coming here!

Great for early morning flights!

Friendly, caring environment. Would like to see more women waitresses in La Huerta. Bell boys were outstanding in helping us catch our flight in terminal 2. The van driver gets a star with
all the construction going on. Thank you for your hospitality. I will be back again.

Only thing nice is that the hotel is within walking distance of the airport-terminal 1. Hotel was dirty, our bed sheets were dirty and took the hotel about 45 minutes to change them. Only other reason I booked this hotel was for the pool for my kids, and the pool was not open. Would not stay here again.

Great service, everyone was very attentive to our needs. The shuttle to and from the airport was very handy, but not easy to find at the airport. Breakfast in the club lounge was a nice perk.

Outdated facilities. Superb service. Excellent food. Charged more than what stated on hotels.com

Super loud neighbors, management didn’t help on keeping them quiet during the night.

We have previoisly stayed and loved the rooms and overall serve. We reserved last minute as our flight would leave 5 am from AICM airport. When we checked in we were not explained that our room was in another tower. We went up elevators to look for room and then back to lobby to ask. This was the case for more guests. It was very frustrating as this was almost at midnight. When we finally got to room it was not close to the other rooms we had stayed. It was very small and everything looked old. Water leaked from sink. So never again will we book if it is in this tower. The reservation was not cheap, completely did not expect this type of room.

This Hotel Location is perfect for any traveler. The stratigic location where you can hop on a cap, city bus or the Metro Rail system is very convenient.

They recently changed there beds, they have wheels and move around, it’s annoying. Shower water can be difficult to regulate. Good access to airport terminal 1.

We arrived early two days, had to book our hotel through Hotels.com because their walkup rate was over $400US a night. And eventhough I had a reservation already for Friday, they wouldn't offer the same rate. Then when I asked the receptionist to merge our stays so we wouldn't be locke out of the Room or need to change rooms. She didn't complete that and we ended up locked out, it was a big ordeal. Overally the quality is mediocre and the staff we not helpful. It took us calling the manager to get annyone to fix our issues with our room.

The hotel stay was fine. I found it expensive for the condition it’s in. Needs to be freshened up.
The shower has incredibly slippery floor. A mat is provided but it would have been better to use a tile that was not so slick.

I was disappointed with the amenities provided at the hotel, especially considering the category and location. I was expecting at least slippers, coffee, and tea in the room.
Additionally, upon my arrival, I found the place to be dirty. I informed the reception, and they sent someone to clean the floor, but I had to sleep with the strong detergent smell and a wet floor.
The towels were old and worn, which was a shame. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. There are better options available near the airport that offer superior amenities and airport transfers.
The capsule hotel nearby offers much better amenities and is a superior option.

The location of the hotel is ok but very very very NOISY. the rooms facinefacing the front oh hotel (main street) are extremely noisy, to such an extent that we had to wear earplugs to be able to sleep. Drivers think it is a racetrack in the middle of the night.
If you ask for a room with a balcony, you will be facing the rear of the hotel, not the main street.

After a good long walk with suitcases we finally got into our room. It is a quiet area, separated from the main tower. They told us thst is the area for queen size beds.
Floor was vinyl and some humidity bumps, the sink was broken but we were able to use it.
Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff are friendly and professional. Restaurant service was great and the food was excellent. The building can use some TLC but overall a good stay.

This was my second stay at the hotel in 3 weeks. The first room was not very good at all …. Dark, not very clean and not very appealing. This stay was much better (North Tower), very clean and comfortable. One thing that is needed in both rooms is a small coffee maker. Even lesser hotels provide this.

We stayed at this hotel because our flight landed late and we wanted to get to bed quickly. It's directly connected to the airport, check-in was fast even at 2 am and the bed was comfortable. Good hotel for a layover.

Excellent experience except this is the second time I have reserved a queen size bed and received a room with 2 full beds.

The hotel is nice but my stay is terrible. There is super loud music playing on the nearby street into mid-night (it’s almost 1 am now and still going on). I’m like sleeping in a night-club. I asked the hotel staff if they can call the police, but they say they couldn’t do anything.

Perfect stay right at the airport. Excellent service, comfortable room and very clean.

Everything was fine except for the fact that there is a sketchy residential area behind the hotel and they played loud music and didn't stop until 2 a.m. My room was in the 9th floor and I could hear the noise all the way to the top. I understand this is out of the hotel's hands. Just avoid staying in the north tower.

Upgraded rooms/bathrooms that look wonderful. The room was very clean and I loved the quality of the toiletries. All the staff was nice and kind as always. Service room brought my dinner very fast and the tortilla soup the best! The tea was delicious not the usual commercial tea.

So convenient for an early morning flight

We have stayed here before. Unfortunately with the hotel all the rooms are exposed to the noise from the lobby and bar area. It’s just the design of the hotel. This time we were on the second floor and we found it very noisy as we were facing the airport entrance and believe me this airport never sleeps. However, it is very convenient as it is attached to airport. Also the hotel is in the process of upgrading all the rooms.
The gym area is old but the equipment does the job.
We ate in the restaurant and were very happy with the service and food.
If you are looking for a 5 star experience this isn’t the hotel for you however if you need somewhere to stay in between flights this place is as good as any.
