Staff in lobby let the phone continue to ring while they were having personal conversations. One stated he wasn't paid to answer the phone.

The room be was great, but the property could invest in some new hallway carpet on the first floor at least. Discolored and stained the whole length of the hallway. Truely distracted attention away from everything else. Could be worse than anything Ive seen before. It was the first thing I noticed and noticed each time I went down the hall. Otherwise pleased with the stay.

Asked for and received extra blankets. Terrible TV, with NO CHANNEL numbers, which I have never experienced before. So you can't easily find a channel or return to one. Terrible TV.
