Comfortable and clean accomodation, great location for accessing city centre and san siro stadium. Also on site parking was v helpful for an early morning drive to Malpensa airport. Staff were very helpful even after we left, when I thought we’d lost an important item, I contacted the hotel and they made every effort to find it (turned out it was actually buried in our suitcase all along, but I was v impressed at the effort they made)

Clean room, friendly and professional staff very close to San Siro Stadium. Nearby metro walkable distance, would highly recommend this hotel if anyone’s planning on coming to Milan

We received a complimentary upgrade to comfort rooms with ‘renovated bathrooms’. Our shower had a bad drainage and water was overflowing and covering the entire bathroom and getting outside.
We did visit Milan during an extreme heatwave, but the airco was far too loud and just barely enough to cool a room when you’re sitting (or lying) still.
The rooms were too small.
The breakfast was ok, again had just enough choice, but nothing we would come back to.
The staff were very kind.
