Really well located for walking to many of the historic and art sites. Lovely staff and outstanding breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more.

Porta Faenza was very comfortable and conveniently located near the Firenze S.M Novello train station. We had a large bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. The was a large balcony.
Breakfast was good. Only complaint was that the air conditioner was sometimes noisy overnight -- I could see where some people would not be pleased -- fortunately were are sound sleepers.
Overall, this hotel was a nice refuge in a very busy city. We would stay here again if we returned to Florence.

Great location -- Near all the attractions but a block away from the crowds.
Well-maintained, comfortable, clean, friendly staff, great breakfast.

Amazing hotel right in city center. Warm and friendly staff. Great rooms - but do expect a little noise from the street below with restaurants and bars.
Breakfast is plentyful and great quality.
Would come back anytime or recommend to anyone.
