We had a fantastic stay! We stayed here for a few nights while traveling across Europe and could not have asked for a better experience. The room was spacious, clean, and extremely fancy. The location is great - it’s close to the train station and the local market. And most of all, the staff were super friendly and created an amazing experience. Stay here when you’re in Firenze!

WiFi and breakfast were great, plenty of beds for us and our kids, and we were able to walk to the train station. The tram is really close too if you need to get to or from the airport

Overall it was a good stay. The staff were not warm, but they're polite and do greet you when you come in/go. The room was in good condition, the tv can connect to netflix. The breakfast was great, and the lady who's looking after breakfast was very friendly too. It's almost comparable to some of the 4-star hotels we have stayed at. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved staying here! Perfect spot and very friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. We will be back!

Since the room was face to the station and tramway, it was noisy at night. I requested to change and they gave me one the other side, but it was old. So I chose the first one. The breakfast was very nice.

Old but renovated and a very nice property ❣️

Room was dark with no natural light. When we booked on Hotels.com it stated each stay came with s welcome bottle of wine. No one at the hotel seemed to know anything about that. The hotel description stated the hotel is located on a quiet pedestrian walkway. While we we there, we heard jack hammers right outside the hotel entrance. You could only walk single file along the “pedestrian walkway.” It was very noisy and not at all as described. Paying about 500 Euros for two nights was outrageous given the conditions.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff. The breakfast was the best we had on our 4 week trip they had a good selection. As we took the highspeed rail to Florence it was a short walk to the hotel and then a short walk to the restaurants and other sights.

Property was convenient to the train station but was not clean. The overall hotel is very dated. The night staff was not helpful at all - could not even make us an expresso

Very nice hotel and great location. Completely let down by the lack of hot water at 6:30am. Maybe not a problem for leisure guests but for business guests like myself, this is completely unacceptable when spending nearly 300euros for a night.

Allowed us to check in early. They also allowed us to leave our backpacks the day of checkout, so we could explore without having to carry them around. Everyone should stay here. 10/10 for sure.

We had a great stay with our toddler. The staff had a lovely crib set up for us, the room had good black out curtains and a tub, too. The breakfast had lots of great options for vegetarians (also plenty of meat as you’d expect in Italy). The staff were universally sweet to our girl and spoiling her with cookies.

Near to train station....
Poor services, special in clean the bathroom and bedroom.

We booked this very last minute as our flight was delayed meaning we got into Florence at 00:30 in the morning! We were meant to head out of the city but needed a cheap place to recover - and this place was perfect!
Staff were friendly when we arrived, and the rooms were great. They have so much character, it almost felt like we were staying in a villa in the middle of the countryside.
Breakfast was delightful and the hotel as a whole has a lovely ambiance.
Can’t recommend enough!!!!

Although it seems a bit run down from the outside, this hotel is beautiful and gives traditional Italian charm on the inside. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They gave us key information on arrival with key sights to see and how to access. The hotel is located well near lots of restaurants and bars. 10 minute walk to the duomo and Michelangelo museum. Everything is within walking distance, the furthest being about half an hours walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a good variety including gluten free bread! The car park was difficult to locate but once found was in walking distance (just round the corner, approx 2 mins from the hotel). Would defiantly recommend!

Hoping this review helps others plan for their stay in Florence. We were a family of 5 and stayed for two nights. We didn't get any VIP benefits. The staff were friendly.
The location was perfect, very close to shopping, restaurants and areas of interest. However, lots of construction.
The room itself was ok, 5 twin beds and a small bathroom. There was no laundry facilities so we walked to a local laundry room to wash clothes which was very inconvenient.
The breakfast was good.
The amenities were basic.

They allowed to leave our luggage in the luggage room before we checked in and after we checked out. The breakfast was awesome! The rate was quite reasonable. It was located near the central station. All was very good.

Affordable. Convenient location, very close to the train station, walkable to well-known sights, plenty of restaurants around the area. However, the hotel is old and needs major remodeling.
