A beautiful European inspired hotel. Small, cozy, clean and quiet while in the middle of the activity. We will be back!

Loved the stay in this quaint, charming base side hotel. Excellent customer service, delicious breakfast, and quiet location. Also
the affiliation with the Park Hyatt amenities-outdoor pool, exercise room and spa.

Staff at the front desk was racist and rude on the day of check in. Found hair on top of bedsheet

Best location and very good service

Perfect location. The room were very quiet and the breakfast was exceptional. Very family friendly.
Downside - there was only one main elevator which was broken. It was repaired within several hours and we were routed through a service elevator. But elevator wait time was frequently a factor, especially if you are traveling with small children.

This place is my new favorite!!!! The location is wonderful right in the village. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel right at home. Very nice rooms and the free breakfast is very nice before a day on the slopes! We will be back…. Thank you!!!

This property was one of the best we have stayed in since Covid. We had daily cleaning, breakfast and inexpensive parking. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. In addition, the location was really convenient and walkable to many restaurants and shopping. Very likely to stay there in the future.

What a beautiful hotel! We loved the old charm! We stayed in a suite which was huge and offered plenty of space for our family of four! So many amenities including robes, plenty of towels, great soaps/lotions etc., delicious breakfast each day, ability to use the kitchen (we didn’t want to eat out every meal), convenient complimentary shuttle (we used this to get to the horse stable), so many extras! The staff was friendly and helpful! Our suite was cleaned and beds made while we were out for the morning. Two tvs allowed our children to unwind while we did as well. Easy walking to shopping, events, restaurants, bars, a small market for essentials, and gorgeous views! The hotel is friendly with the Hyatt across the path and so we were able to use the outdoor jacuzzis and pool (could have used the fitness equipment as well). Everything was amazing! A perfect getaway during our two week cross country trip!

I would not recommend staying here. No AC during the summer months which can get very warm and uncomfortable. They did not have portable AC units which are typical for older historic hotels in Colorado. Breakfast was minimum at best and rooms could’ve been cleaner (e.g., mold in shower, sink faucet that leaked/dripped). For over $400 a night, I would definitely say this is NOT luxury as I’ve had better accommodations and been more comfortable at a Holiday Inn express.

Hotel was nice. The location was great. Probably would have given this a 5 starts if we visited in the winter. Unfortunately, we visited in July and this hotel doesn't have air conditioning. We spent the whole night sweeting.

Wonderful location! Was like staying in a European hotel old world elegance. Lovely breakfast. Only drawback was locating the parking garage after dark. Could use signage and lighting. Would definitely stay here again

We loved our 3 night stay at the Poste Montane. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a separate living room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed wasn't made up when we arrived so we had to search for pillows, sheets etc which wasn't ideal.
The lodge is right in the middle of Beaver Creek village with restaurants, shops and all amenities literally on the doorstep. There was unlimited coffee and tea in the reception and the complimentary breakfast every morning was very good. Had to pay extra for the parking but it was next to the lodge and was easy to drive in and out of. Not cheap to stay here but it was very enjoyable.

It was an amazing place to stay. It was right next to the concert hall which was amazing. Very very friendly staff, amazing room. The only thing that we would have liked better was dryer wood for the fireplace. And a way to get more after hours. Other than that, gets an A from us.
