Easy check in. Super-convenient - opposite central train station. No noise for sleeping. Great breakfast included, and a lovely rooftop terrace to eat it on.

Location, location, location! Directly across the street from Centrale train station. Super easy to use metro and rail. Breakfast was great- nice variety. Decent size room, hot shower, ac (make sure to ask the front desk to turn it on if needed). Staff was helpful and nice. Laundry services Not onsite- but a 5min walk to laundro mat. 13 euro per load. Shower is a bit small and it took a few minutes to warm up...enjoyed our stay! Would stay again. Oh and Do Not eat at restaurant directly next door. Staff is pushy, food is ok but over priced. Step 1 blocl away and food is better/cheaper.

Lovely hotel but could do with a bit of tlc staff great very helpful and breakfast plenty of choice Don’t go if you want a full English . Room great overlooking the Art Deco Central Station very handy for trips out of Milan . Within walking distance of the Duomo La Scala and Castello if you like walking otherwise Metro handy too

Staff, Breakfast and location were great. I had the smallest room in Italy but then I only paid $120 Canadian. Hallways were dark and somewhat forbidding! Don’t think I would come back.

Small hotel with a good size room steps away from the train station. This was very convenient as we did day trips from Milan. The included breakfast was simple but enough and good. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Check in was easy and our room was ready 1 hr before check in. Would definitely stay again!

Easy to walk to this hotel from the station. You need to exit the station near the Guess store to ensure that you are at the correct exit. Eudardo was very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. He gave good recommendations for transport. Very easy to catch the metro to attractions from this hotel. Dodgy characters out the front of the hotel and around the station.

This hotel is perfect for someone requiring accommodation near Milan Central train station. We spent 2 nights here, the room was great and the breakfast excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good restaurants nearby, area typical of one near the station but we felt safe. Would stay here again.

This hotel has a great location just across from the Milano Centrale train station, perfect if you’re travelling by rail. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are pretty spacious, modern and clean, and rooms are quiet. Only quibble is the bathrooms are long in the tooth and need to be renovated. Breakfast is also handy with the dining room being on the 8th floor. Lastly, the hotel is by the Milano Centrale metro station so gives access to the whole city.

This property was very close to Milano Centrale station although it would be useful to know which exit to use as we didn't and took a little while to find it. The entrance and reception were all good and we were very happy with our room. We had a comfortable bed, although the pillows were slightly to firm. Breakfast up on the 8th floor was alright and provided a good view over the station plaza area.

Very clean! We arrived well before our room was available and Hamza was very helpful with baggage stowage. Hamza also provided precise and detailed directions to the Duomo. Later Eduardo provided wonderful restaurant and gelato recommendations. Great view of front of Milano Centrale train station from 8th floor buffet breakfast location. Tip: look for green B&B Hotel sign coming out of Milano Centrale since GPS is confusing and Acosta is not prominently displayed. Only negative: very high lip on bathtub in our room.

I read the reviews on this property prior to booking and they were mostly 5 stars. Getting to the property I know now NEVER to trust the Expedia ratings. The hotel was old, bathroom was dirty and the only positive is we got to store luggage for a few hours and thank goodness we only had to stay one night!

The staff at the front desk were very helpful with suggestions for sightseeing, restaurants etc. The breakfast room is exceptional - on the 8th floor with a balcony overlooking the impressive central station and the very large square. A spectacular view!
Although the bedroom was modern and well presented, the bathroom was very dated, Indeed, it was hard to have a proper shower in the small space available when the perspex doors were shut around the narrow bath.

The rooms are quite and nicely decorated. They gave me the room with the balcony facing Milano train station and it was nice to enjoy the sunset from the balcony.
The hotel is literally across the street from the train station, so it is very convenient. I didn't have time to eat breakfast so they gave me a breakfast box to go.

Excellent location. Only 2 min walk to the train station. They let us check in early as we landed in the morning.
The only negative was that there was no locker in the room.

Have stayed here three times over five years. Though a bit far from central Milano it is right next to the train station. Excellent breakfast, quiet rooms, and always good front desk staff.
