Historical buildings, no elevator to second floors. Convenience location, check in front desk and breakfast at cross streets hotel

Great location, close to Duval and the other attractions. Everything was walkable. Breakfast was nice.

Add and photo was misleading. Place didn’t smell fresh was much smaller than photos and the windows you can’t see out of and way overpriced.

Great older home conversion! We stayed in 105 which is a mini suite kind of. Sitting room with TV, fridge etc. and a washroom downstairs with bedroom, walk-in closet and full bathroom upstairs. Private deck for this suite located within sight of the pool. Located about 5 blocks from Duval, we found this location to be perfect if you like walking - about 25 mins to the other end of Duval. Like pretty much every place in Key West, this place is under the flight path to the airport. Pretty quiet after 10PM tho. There is a CVS a couple of blocks away and the best coffee in Key West is from the Cuban café on the walk to Duval. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast at the sister property across the street is easy to access and is simple but good - it is also included in room charge. Great staff, clean facility. We would stay again

Quaint little guesthouse with spacious room. There is free on sight parking and the location is easier walkable to Old Town attractions and Duval Street.

We had to cancel due to weather and they were great! They gave us a voucher good for a year! Thank you so much! We can't wait to come down when the weather is perfect!!

Overall the Inn is nice. Some noise issues with busy street and refrigerator in the room.

Ambiance, location, and friendly helpful staff

The place is great, our room was clean and quiet, mattress and pillows were excellent, close to Duval street...the only thing was the smell in the hallway, they need to clean carpet or replace that carpet... But nothing from holding you from renting a room there...

Lovely stay. The room was great. However the breakfast was very basic and not great at all. A proper bed and breakfast should provide much more. Especially for the price.

Bed was uncomfortable. Noisy fridge and TV remote was not working properly. Breakfast was a Motel 6 quality breakfast.

Our room was nice and clean. The breakfast choices were good. I felt safe and close to everything we were interested in. We walked everywhere, and never felt threatened in any way. It was impressive that all areas seem to be very clean and trash free, even side streets.

The Garden is very nice .

Check in was easy. The room was very spacious and the king size bed was comfortable. Walking distance to a scooter rental company, and Duval street.

The location of this property is very convenient to all the sights. You’re about 2 blocks from Duval which is awesome. My sister and I WALKED everywhere and probably averaged about 7-10 miles a day. Driving and finding a parking spot is near impossible with the amount of people there visiting. We utilized the parking at the property and either walked or Uber. The room we had was on Truman Ave. You hear the traffic but it settles down at a reasonable time. There was a porch with chairs to sit and watch traffic and people go by. The room was very clean and the AC worked very well. The staff is very friendly and sociable. The “Secret Garden” was delightful and a beautiful place to relax and nap after walking. I would highly recommend you consider this property should you be spending any time in The Keys

The room was comfy and clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The property was beautiful. Loved the decor and the cleanliness. The robes were an added bonus. Everything was within walking distance, which was perfect.

Beautiful house minutes away from Duval street. Private for adults only. Quiet and peaceful. Had the pool for ourselves and the wrap around porch was lovely with rocking chairs. There is also a garden which is very secluded on the side of the house.

Very quiet room and staff was amazing! Housekeeping was wonderful!

Upon reaching the property, you have to go across the street to check in and there we were given a printed map of the Inn with a set of house keys. Never having been here we figured it was easy enough to just walk in through the front door and find our room. No. It took us 10-15 to figure out how to get to our room….we were so HOT and exhausted, it was a bit frustrating. Would have been nice to have someone walk us across the street to show us around like we witnessed the next day with another couple. Now with that being said, the property is beautiful! I booked a pool side king room which definitely exceeded my expectations and the pictures shown. The room had two levels with a half bath downstairs and a full bath upstairs. It was lovely. The pool was nice and clean, complete with tons of adorable lizards running around :)

It is a great place to stay. Room 205 deluxe we were in. Street side.

Its proximity to Duval street . As much as you get to enjoy the fun in that street . Its quite nice coming home to a relaxing, calm and confortabke atmosphere.

Last minute vacation find. Very cozy place and easy to get to. Close to the attractions but far enough away. To check in you have to go across the street to the other hotel, which was a little difficult as there was a busy road to cross. Very friendly staff. We found breakfast to be a little later than what we are used to but its just the way of the island. One thing I will say is that you will hear everything on the streets and in the air. You could hear every plane that was making an approach to the airport. You could even hear the people talking on the street.

Nice little inn, felt very private. Charming old house, nice pool and close to Duval St. Only drawback was street noise at night due to its location on Truman and proximity to Duval.

Amazing stay at La Pensione! Great location, friendly & helpful staff (thank you Peter!) Beds are comfortable, nice walk in shower, & very quiet. Will definitely be back!
