This was a lovely resort in a very walkable area of Florence. As soon as we got to the facility, a staff member sat down with us and reviewed the map with us and how to get to important places that we wanted to get to. They were very eager to make dinner reservations for us, which we found very helpful. It was a great location for walking pretty much anywhere we wanted to in town. The facilities is extremely clean and the breakfast was very delicious. We would definitely stay there again.

Although short (always too short in a beautiful place like Firenze), it was an amazing experience at this place. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to my daughter and I. Property and room was very clean and designed nicely. Location was perfect. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you to the staff for making our stay amazing.
