The first thing that happens when you walk in is you relax. Then to the pool and relax. That’s it. We relaxed in a place that invites it.

This place was rated 9/10. I’d have to disagree with that. There was seldom anyone in the 2x4 office. The pool area was run down, with no more than two to three people there. Zero atmosphere. The woman who was in the office the day we arrived (and that’s the last we saw of her) was abrupt and couldn’t be bothered with us. As a result, we got three parking tickets. The as says free beach chairs and free parking. Both are on a first come first served basis. The clientele were not particularly my cup of tea. Remember folks…a review is totally subjective, contingent upon personal taste. This might be a lovely place if you’re looking for a bargain. It wasn’t for me.

We stayed in the Bunk Room suite which was two separate rooms and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and everything in the room and bathrooms were very clean. There were complimentary lotions, shampoos, conditioners, and bodywash in both bathrooms. The bathrooms and showers were tiny. There were 2 mini fridges, but no microwave in either room. Ample towels and beach towels for guest use. The outdoor area is so cute especially at night as they have lights strung. It’s right across the street from the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, bars, Starbucks, CVS, etc.
The only negative thing about this property is the pool. The white liner is black with mold and there was a dirty film across the top of the water. We didn’t use the pool, which was sad because it’s such a pretty outdoor area otherwise.

Positives - very close to a beach entrance. Only a block. It is about 1 mile walk to the pier/busier area. It was also clean.
Negatives - NO management. Like nothing. Email gives a phone number that has been disconnected. Instructions for parking arent the current ones. Instructions for new towels were not followed through on their end. Emergency number goes to presumably the owner in key west that states i dont have anyway to help you. Also, pictures are either 10 years old or well photoshopped. Its not terrible but its not brand new at all.

We arrived a few minutes early , the code they give you is time sensitive & will not open until it is the exact time , other than that it is a very clean nice room , We had went to Pier 60 to see the sand sculptures earlier , which are outstanding ,We walked back later which is only a 15 minute walk from the hotel to see Gary Roland & the Landsharks band !!!

Outside pleasant but only 2 tables & chairs available for elderly /disabled guests! Loungers too low!!! Only 1 washing machine & 1 dryer $2 required in quarters for each machine! Not available @ reception VERY RARELY ANYBODY THERE IF U NEED HELP OR HAVE PROBLEMS!!

Great value and an excellent location to enjoy Clearwater Beach. Rooms were recently renovated, the property has a relaxing pool area, and it's easily walkable to restaurants, stores, and the beach. Easy check in and good amenities too.

Literally a small walk to the beach and the rooms were so clean especially being so close. Great rooms and if you were staying long the room has a fridge and microwave, dishes etc. lots of places to sit outside and the community sand toys were a hit to borrow. Easy check in and check out.

The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were super comfortable, we’ve never slept so well on vacation. Check in was a breeze and the staff was quick with requests. The only down side was construction in the area but that couldn’t be helped. Well worth the 15 hour drive from Maryland. We may have found a new vacation spot!

This hotel is such a cozy little gem. A perfect place to enjoy the surrounding beach that is only a few steps away. The area is beautiful, with many restaurants and shops in the nearby area. The staff were super helpful and nice, even if they are only in contact via phone (they don't have a physical reception desk) My only dislike was the parking. They don't have that many available for guest (only about 8-10 for the whole hotel) The extra ones are technically beach parking, so you have to pay an hourly fee. I did call reception and they told me they have parking permits on a mailbox, but none of the days I stayed there where available to pick, and there wasn't any staff on location that could help me. I talked to other guest and they sadly encounter the same problem, one of them even getting a parking ticket. We ended up paying for the parking daily. I could see myself staying again at this hotel, but maybe without a car.

Only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that the wifi was slow and didnt work on our rooms tv, and the check-in instructions received in my email did not at all indicate a contactless check-in so I was a little confused upon arrival. A quick text from the hotel cleared up the check-in however and it was an all around good stay the rest of our time here! Would recommend

Very cute and modernized property. The outside area was inviting. I love the sun deck idea and the coastal theme to our room. I do encourage they have a better coffee bar area. Room updates are much needed, like a vanity in the bathroom rather than a skinny sink with nowhere to put your toothbrush. The bathroom overall needed an update. Our toilet wasn’t very secure to the wall and the craftsmanship was spotty. You can tell though that they did what they could to bring this older property up to par. The staff were very helpful and polite.

Positives: Very convenient to the beach - located north of the busy hotel area. Hotel is very quaint - reminiscent of the old motels but updated/remodeled. Negatives: No real closet to hang clothes, just a bar across a corner. Attendant at front desk absent most of the time. If you have issues you can text them, but not always responsive. Overall would recommend.

Everything was an excuse or "no". The only good thing is the location. Staff was hard to get a hold of and made excuses for why there was no internet. Any request (like inquiring for new linens) was met with excuses and explanations which I found irritating. I was pretty disappointed overall.

Service was great, check in non-contact and seemless but reachable by text. Accommodations were clean and updated. Pool was nice and atmosphere was quiet and friendly. Great for couples or a group of friends to get away.

There was an alley right next to our room and the noise from area residents made it impossible to sleep. We had booked a two-night stay but left after one sleepless night. There is no staff on sight, you have to call a phone number.

It’s a small little place, like most places in Clearwater Beach. The cabana setting is very nice. The pool is so warm that it steams at night, which made for a relaxing late night dip. The room we were in was small and basic, but all we needed for the night. It’s located at the northern end of the main strip, but everything is within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Very great location, awesome place, sweet staff. I only didn’t give 5 stars because out AC was old and very loud. Nothing a good earplug won’t fix. And limited parking, so make sure you take a spot quick and walk where you need to go. Don’t lose your spot! But I lovedddddd this place and Clearwater!

It was a really good time with my husband. We're stayed because our 21th anniv and they are really pleased my requests and my husband was in shock. We couldn't stay more longer because of an emergency occurs at home but super and just a leaking of the a/c but we left a message and I'll think they took action on that.

This property has potential. Check in was easy as you just receive a text with the access code to your room. We were luckily able to snag one of their first come first serve parking spaces while we were there. Although the hotel is in a less busy area traffic was pretty noisy all night in our room. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and even allowed us early check in.
The bed and sheets were not very comfortable. There was no tv in the bedroom (if that’s something you’re use to). There was no hot water in our bathroom sink (they offered to fix it but we were heading out early the next day). The water pressure in the shower is very low. One thing to note traveling with anyone other than a partner, the bathroom had just a sliding door offering minimal privacy.
Like I said this hotel has a lot of potential and is a good cheaper option than other hotels in the area. The outdoor area of the hotel was cute, a fire pit might be a good addition for colder days/nights.

Property in a great location, hotel is clean. Only cons are that there is alot of new development in the area and construction is noisy in the morning and there is never anyone at the front desk.

Property was unique n quint. Little off beating path. Few block walk to things in winter months its a cold walk. Property needs a firepit so people can enjoy their beautiful pool deck in winter months. Also maybe transportation info in rooms. Im sure during warmer season all is well, the walk n hanging outside but during cold months please think of above concerns.

I was provided with the access code to the hotel room ahead of time and confirmed over text message however upon arrival the code did not work at all. I contacted the virtual assistant and even called the number on the service desk door several times without an answer so I couldn’t get access to the room. My phone call was returned an hour and a half later in the evening and the service desk informed me that the pin code needed to be reset and that the battery was low which sounded completely made-up. Once in the room it was evident that the bathroom sliding door was not properly installed and became unhinged in my first attempt at closing it. I ended up having to re-install it myself, thankfully the glass did not break when it fell on the bed. Finally, the shower drain in our room was also clogged several times and drained out very slowly which was not a pleasant experience. Overall, we expected more from this place and liked the location but the hotel itself we wouldn’t recommend staying at due to poor customer service and the maintenance issues of the hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel. The room was spotless, very comfortable and pleasant. The bed soft yet firm, the sofa bed had a thick comfortable matress. The shower had ample room, many towels and make up towels. Quiet and super clean!

Very cool unique place. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, walk to everything. Rooms are a little small but all you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back.

Hotel was close to many dining and shopping places. Room was clean. Bathroom small and no shelves or tables. Had to move end table from room to bathroom. No shelving in shower only a small one for soap. Overall was nice and quiet.
