The cleaning staff is outstanding as are the front desk staff Will recommend the ABBA to family and friends.
For us the food did not fit our taste. For us it did not have much of what we like to eat and we thought it was expensive.

This is my second time this year staying here. And I have changed my opinion from the last time four months ago. They gave me a smaller room and I actually preferred it. The bed is very comfortable the sheets and the beds as well as the pillow pillows are crisp, clean, and fresh. The bathroom is very very good size the lighting in the whole room it’s good. The shower has good pressure. The bathroom even has to be dead.. They have toiletries and refill them.
Their hairdryer is very, very good, which is something very important for woman and not very common in similar hotels unfortunately
I had a midnight flight out so for a fee I was able to have a 6 pm checkout.
The location it’s still not the best even for someone that goes to Madrid every 3 to 4 months. It’s a little bit far, but there are a lot of public transportation options near by

The breakfast was exceptional! The lady that checked us in was wonderful and spoke perfect English which was most appreciated. The food in the bar was delicious and waiters so nice.
All was great!
