Great location. Reasonable breakfast. Large room and large bathroom by Europe standards. A single, tiny and slow elevator. We had to make multiple trips to transfer our luggage. But it's better than no elevator at all.

The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working consistently, our room was a bit hot.

The location was excellent for ask the areas of Florence we wanted try see.
We would highly recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Rooms a bit small but overall not bad. The hotel is very manly and it gives that vibe.
The location of the hotel is perfect. The piazza is not very busy which is great. It is walkable distance from everything like the Duomo or Ponte Vecchio
