Great location!!! Nice people who worked there. Room was VERY small. $60 to get maid service? Resort Fee was a surprise and it is NOT a resort. How do they get away with this surprise cost?

This property is definitely dated. The lobby was decent, but had up an old dart set with 90% broken darts. The bar wasnt open and it was a Friday night.
We had a room with two double-beds. One of the beds was missing a bed skirt, and the duvet was muddy. Carpet was worn. Basically, it was a bed for a quick evening but thats about it!

Was close to a lot of places to eat and shop. Staff is friendly. Was a great stay.

Mattress in bedroom was shot-most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever encountered, even in a hostel; it was way too soft and saggy. We had to sleep on the Murohy bed to avoid back pain. The property had no record of my Expedia deposit and charged a different rate than you told me-I will contest that. Front desk was helpful in trying to resolve the issue but it is not yet resolved.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to the town, gondola and is at the end of the 4 o’clock ski run. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Clean Lodge, respectful staff, awesome accommodations. Only problem I had was when we arrived, we were told our pull out Sofa bed was broken and they had no replacement. I would have been given a notice about the broken bed or an equal substitution for it but that wasn’t the case. We now didn’t have enough space for our friends to visit for one night.

Location is great. Christy sports next door for rentals. shuttle picks up and drops off in front of the building. It is extremely convenient.

I absolutely love this place, since we got there the front desk girls were super welcoming, I met other staff members and they are always polite and recommended places to eat, visit, shop, etc. Fresh coffee throughout the day, walkable skii access, the rooms were super comfy with gorgeous views of the town. It felt like I was in a Christmas movie.

I had stayed here many years ago and loved the location. I was suprised when I arrived they had upgraded me to a 2 bedroom condo which was awesome. They have covered parking which is great and an onsite restaurant. Right next to the free gondola and a block from Mainstreet.

We stayed in a beautiful studio that had everything we could wish for. It was clean and new. The staff did everything in their power to make our stay a co due table one despite my son getting sick for most of our trip. I’m glad we stayed in such comfortable and friendly hotel.

The property was in an excellent location. A few things needed to be fixed in the unit, but was decent for the most part.

Not a great stay this weekend, and continued to get worse. Room was dirty. Photos are very filtered - the resort does not look like the photos. I realized a charge on my card today and called to inquire, GM was unhelpful and rude. The card they charged for a “resort fee” was the card that I put down for incidentals, I used a separate card for the booking. Resort fee was charged on the incidental card, and was not discussed with us at all, pretty sketchy and pretty sure that’s illegal to charge a card without consent. Would not recommend.

The bed was very comfortable. Room was clean but could use an update. When we arrived the room/ bathroom smelled like poop. The odor continued throughout our one night stay.

The property is very old and needs to be updated. The unit we rented was 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the one bathroom with shower was on lower lever, with bedroom on upper level? Very poor layout! We will not stay there again, as there are much better places for the money in the area.

We were early for check in, but receive a parking key to the garage. We were able to park and explore and shop Main St until the lodge called when our room was ready.

Great location, great staff, nice 2br 2.5 bath condo. It is right in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, although it is still quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Not clean, have to pay $60/day for a housecleaner to change sheets and clean up trash. outrageous. poor signage. pool was dirty, hot tub closed (cover over), didnt even see exercise room. one person at front desk was rude, unhelpful and disinterested. does not bode well for winter guests

The location was wonderful. Just steps from downtown. The staff was friendly. The condo was very comfortable. It could use some updates, it seemed a little rundown but it was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
