The staff was very nice, particularly the front desk staff Nigeria ( sorry if I miss spelled) and the lady. The location is good, close to train station, but quiet and safe. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfy.

This place gives great customer service. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. The place was close to everything from shops, restaurants, and small market stores. Also close to the train station. Our room was clean and updated. Definitely highly recommend to anyone going to Florence
