Went for a girlfriend’s bachelorette party and had a great time. Great location and great hotel, would return

The hotel beds were not comfortable and the lighting was so dark we couldn’t see.

This was our second stay in a Cambria Hotel and I am glad we went with them again. The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were all so helpful. The valet attendants were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us. We will definitely stay with Cambria in our next city!

Excellent hotel, excellent views and great location to get to it all of the honky tonks.

Super friendly staff, great location and excellent service!

We were so pumped that the Cambria is literally a block away from the arena and Broadway with access to two great restaurants, an outdoor heated pool and fire pit, and its' own covered parking facility. We paid a little bit more, but it was so worth it. Will definitely visit again!

GREAT HOTEL - GREAT LOCATION - COMFY BEDS
Highly recommend this hotel. It's a short walk to downtown Broadway and over to the Gulch. Cute decor. There's bars and restaurants in the hotel as well as downstairs and next door.

Great stay! Very happy with the location, room, bar & restaurant. Front desk workers were lovely. I was alone for business and felt very safe the entire trip, which is important for me when traveling solo.

This hotel was within walking distance of all we needed. It has 2 great restaurants. Rooms were clean and staff great. The gentleman that shined the shoes was such a pleasure to talk to with his great personality and heartwarming smile.

Very clean room and in a great area. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

The hotel was great and super convenient to everything! The only issue was that the security was highly questionable. Any stranger could come in off the street and be wandering the halls given that the reception desk is not on the ground floor. The elevator said that the room key was necessary to go to floors with rooms but it was not. We kept just selecting our floor to see and sure enough, anyone could get there!

Excellent hotel. Everyone in our group said the drinks at the bar were some of the best they've EVER had. Staff was friendly, valet was fast. Room was nice.
We had a problem with out room, the mattress in room 906 was awful. The worst I'd ever slept on in any hotel. The rest of our group didn't have the same issue, their mattresses were fine.
I told the hotel and they offered some free snacks as compensation. Later on, after mentioning on twitter the issues, Choice hotel reached out to me and in apology offered something appropriate to compensate for the rough night's sleep.
That was excellent customer service and will encourage me to use Choice brand hotels in the future. Kudos for them doing the right thing. Everything else about our stay was excellent. Recommend for a weekend in Nashville.

Excellent customer service, they gave us an amazing room with awesome view of downtown. It was easy to walk to Broadway, good hotel drinks, too! Every single employee went out of their way for us. Amazing hotel. Would stay there again.

I cannot express how wonderful this hotel is and how amazing the staff is. We originally decided to stay for 5 days, but due to weather conditions and flight troubles we ended up staying 12 days. Each time we came back to the hotel, they were very helpful and accommodating.
The bar staff is also incredible and welcoming. They gave us recommendations of where to go that were off the beaten path and became people that we wanted to see every day (Especially Dino and Kevin). The music that plays every night in the bar was also something we looked forward to. It was nice to hear these new and upcoming artists play their own music and hear something new and not just covers.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to visit Nashville. It is within walking distance of Broadway and Printers Alley as well as many other attractions in the city. If you chose to drive, the valet guys are some of the nicest people we met and chatted with. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Nashville.

This hotel has amazing staff, restaurant and the valet service is top notch!! I don’t remember all the valets but Ramon and Gavin as all the valets were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in walking distance of downtown Nashville and is very clean, quiet and the restaurant there had excellent food and staff!! Would recommend it if you’re looking for a place to stay.

We will definitely stay here again! Brief walk to Bridgestone Arena. Gibson garage is just a block away. only negative was the breakfast at NashHouse Southern Spoon & Saloon wasn't very good.

I dont understand why you have to pay so much for parking when you are already paying to stay. That is ridiculous.
2.0
The toilet ran but I could fix it. The shower leaked water to the floor due to a poor design and the way the room is layed out was an inefficient use of space. But its proximity to Broadway is excellent! The bar on 5th floor is a nice place too.

This was probably one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at in a long time! The bathroom was very clean and shower was spotless!
The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the setup of the room had a cool vibe!
I absolutely loved that you needed a room key to access the elevator to the room floors! That extra security feature was nice to have!
Staff and valley parking were helpful and nice. The location was perfect as it was a quick walk to Broadway!
We will definitely stay again next time we're in Nashville!

We stayed at the Cambria Nov 22-25 at a cost of US$757.74 or CDN$1065.22, including valet parking. It was a quick check-in and a gift bag was included (sparkling wine, 2 water bottles, popcorn and a chocolate). Nice touch. We were on the top floor (1913). The room was average but clean. The fridge was almost cool. Bare concrete ceiling but interesting. It took at least 5 minutes to get hot water to the shower. Bed was very comfortable which is all you really need and the view was great.
The hotel is nicely located and it’s easy to walk basically anywhere. There’s even a restaurant attached to the hotel if you don’t want to venture far for breakfast or dinner.
We ended up by leaving very early on the 25th since we had a 12-hour drive home. Unfortunately, I left my CPAP pillow behind. The hotel partners with “Ileftmystuff.com” but they wanted US$171 to return it!! Tried different venues, with the cheapest being just under US$60. I ended up ordering a new one from Amazon for CDN$60. You’d think the hotel could partner with someone who could return items more economically. That was the only downfall. Otherwise, it was a great spot

Based on others' reviews, I knew this hotel wasn't going to be perfect, but I chose Cambria solely on its location. It's only 2 blocks from Broadway and the Arena. Perfect location for walking anywhere we wanted to go. The hotel itself was clean and appeared taken care of. The staff was friendly. Didn't go in the pool as it was cold out, but appeared nice and taken care of. The deck was nice for a view. Has a bar and rec area. Families were having a good time.
Cons-The pillows felt like sacks of potatoes. Very uncomfortable pillows. The beds were ok to sleep on. Thin walls. We could hear our neighbors. The coffee pot was weak and took forever to make a cup. No microwave. There was a mini fridge. There is valet parking and you must pay to park which I never had to deal with before. $45 plus tax per night which was a bit much in my opinion. There is an alternative parking lot across the street that you must also pay to use if you'd rather do that. Ramon, in valet, was great to deal with and very accommodating while checking in. However, when we checked out, it was not Ramon who brought us our car, it was someone else. Didn't see his name but was definitely high. Seemed out of it. Our vehicle smelled of marijuana, it reeked of it, and had to endure that smell the whole way home. Very unprofessional to be high while working and driving customers vehicles around. Overall, our stay was worth the trip and would stay again if we ever went back to Nashville. Price range average.

It was truly wonderful!!

The hotel has the best location possible, near from bars, restaurants, Whole Foods… that’s what we loved the most.
The worst part: We asked for daily cleaning, they never attended. There was a hair in the “clean” towels. When I asked at the front desk the lady was rude.
