Our gorgeous cottage home is located in North Shore Chattanooga walking distance to the famous Walnut Street Walking bridge, Coolidge Park and Downtown! This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home comfortably sleeps 8 people and boasts all new stylish modern decor throughout. The game room downstairs is equipped with an additional living rom space and shuffle board table! Experience Chattanooga in our lovely Olivers Landing home! Favorite things about this home: This home is a 10 minute walk away from Frazier Avenue and a 15 minute walk from Downtown Chattanooga! Frazier Avenue is right on the Tennessee River and has amazing restaurants, shopping and there are several grocery stores right down the street like Publix and Whole Foods. This property’s location is incredible and it’s the perfect place to stay while wanting to experience all that this beautiful river city has to offer! Our home was recently updated with brand new carpet upstairs, all new paint and all 3 bathrooms were completely updated as well. It will feel as though you are walking into a brand new home! The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a brand new washer and dryer that you are more than welcome to use during your stay. Family: Oliver's landing is very family friendly! The home provides a booster seat, a baby gate, a pack n'play, a child size fold up bed upstairs in the master bedroom closet and multiple types of card and board games. Lastly, the spacious newly converted garage that is now a second living room downstairs has a shuffle board table and a sleeper sofa for one which is a great place for everyone in the family to enjoy! Home Layout: When entering the home through the front door you'll walk into the living room which has a large flat screen smart TV and a cozy gas fireplace with plenty of seating for everyone. Straight ahead is the open concept kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a meal during your stay. Pots, pans, plate-ware, drink-ware, silverware, and some bakeware are all provided. Right off the dining area is a wonderful screened-in porch with outdoor seating. This is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening! Across from the kitchen is the laundry area, a half bathroom and the entrance to the downstairs game room/second living room that has a shuffle board and a large sectional couch with a sleeper sofa. Head upstairs and you'll find the spacious master bedroom with a fully updated beautiful bathroom attached. Down the hall is another full bathroom and two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed with a twin loft above it! Things you need to know: There is NO grill on this property. There is NO cable TV but all of the smart TVs have apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime movie, etc that you can use your own account to sign into. Weather and Outages! Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.

We rented Oliver’s Landing for my daughter’s graduation from UTC. It was a great location! The house is beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the showers and tub were very nice. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Coming into this property you are greeted with a beautifully renovated garage turned game room / entertainment area. Heading upstairs to the main floor, the home was immaculate with plenty of space, an organized and clean kitchen, and a fantastic wooded view towards the backyard area. On the second floor, a master bedroom plus en suite and two additional bedrooms with an additional bathroom on the second floor. Our group was able to walk less than a mile to local restaurants and bars. The elevation was surprising and led to some premier views of the Scenic City landscape. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. The property managers were responsive and welcoming before our trip began. Would definitely recommend this property for outings with friends and families.

House was perfect for hosting a retirement trip for my Mom. Enough space for 6 adults and 2 toddlers to be very comfortable under one roof. Very quiet street. Although the grade was a little steep, we walked several times to restaurants and shops in the area.

What a lovely home that had everything! Clean, comfy, and in a close-in North Chat neighborhood. We even WALKED to dinner two nights - and enjoyed the people and good food just at the bottom of the street. We will definitely be back!

My family and I loved our stay here. The property is centrally located and everything was as advertised. Very clean with all amenities needed. Highly recommend!

The house was very nice, if somewhat ill-equipped (towels, kitchen equipment). Would have been perfect for a weekend but we were there for a week. Walking distance is fine, but we didn’t walk since the way back was up a steep hill. We are all over 60 so that would have been a bit rough for some of us. That said, property was fine.

Had some slight difficulty during check in process but the Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Ended up being a really fun time for my family. Would stay there again.

The house was nice, but my son took his family to a nearby playground for our grandchildren. While there, he witnessed two individuals removing trash cans and pulling out weapons from the bottom and then fled. They didn’t interact with my son and his family, but it really made us feel this isn’t a safe area. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Of course, this type activity is no reflection on the rental company who was very nice.

This rental was exactly what we needed for my son's graduation weekend. It was exceptionally clean and updated. The kitchen was well stocked. There is an electronic welcome board that has restaurant and activity recommendations as well as checkout instructions. There is an old rusty car in the back yard across the street, but we weren't there to sit on the porch so it didn't bother us. The only issue I had was the street light that went off and on all night. With the blinds closed and the curtains pulled, it still glowed through in the room all night. Each room has it's own TV and sound machine...nice touch! Fun extra room in the basement with a fold out sofa. This house is in a super location close to the river, restaurants and shops. Would stay here again for sure!!

We come to Chattanooga often and really enjoyed this home in the heart of the North Shore. There was plenty of room for our family to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday together. Walking distance to Frazier Ave with tons of great restaurants and shopping.
