Sits directly on the Burro Trail for hiking and technical Ski-in/out access for advanced skiers. Also features vaulted ceilings throughout, multiple living spaces and gas fireplaces, 2 car garage, laundry, wet-bar, bunk room. Minutes to Main St. High quality home! This house is great for families and friends looking for a traditional mountain home while still being close to Breck amenities. The expansive views of the Ten Mile Range and Breck Ski Area are another highlight as well as the location directly on the Burro Trail for direct hiking and technical ski-in/out access. Built in 2017, the stone and wood finishes give the house a cozy feel while the 3-level floor plan offers space and privacy. All six bedrooms have their own attached bathroom. Five minute drive to downtown Breck. Ski-in/Ski-out (depending on snow conditions) The house sits directly on the The Burro trail (not an in-bounds ski run) and guests can ski out our back door, approximately 1/4 mile of skiing, mostly flat but through a few trees. Please note that the ski-in is for advanced skiers. Free Ski Shuttle: This house is on the Silver Route (Upper Warrior's Mark Shuttle) of the Breckenridge Free Ride. There is a stop on either side of our house and is is a quick 5 minute ride to drop you in front of the Marriott on Columbine Ave, a short walk from the Quicksilver lift at Peak 9 and the shops of Main Street Station and downtown Breckenridge. Discounts! We have pre arranged discounts for our guests that include 30% off ski and bike rentals, 10% off oxygen rentals and discounts on airport shuttles. Links are sent after your booking is confirmed. PROVIDED ITEMS: The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary basic spices, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. PLEASE NOTE: > The minimum age to rent is 28. > There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time. > This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Visit the CDC website for more information on the potential effects of high altitude.*** > There is no air conditioning. > The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by. > Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters. > Ski-in/out access is only for advanced skiers and requires Peak 10 to be open so ski-in/ski-out accessibility cannot be guaranteed. Please check with Breckenridge Ski Resort for open terrain. > Events that exceed the maximum overnight occupancy are not permitted. Three of our children's families were blessed with babies this spring. We gathered the infants from Denmark, Oregon, and Nashville, along with older children and parents, for everyone to meet and greet the new arrivals. This home-away-from-home in Breckenridge is truly an outstanding property, beautifully appointed with furnishings and all the kitchen equipment needed to cook for our army of 15. The view is probably one of the best in the area, and the home is designed to make the most of it! The master bedroom view is breathtaking! The location is convenient to everything in Breckenridge, but away from the crowds. The package obviously included some up--close wildlife encounters--with a pair of moose out back, and a curious fox on the back porch who entertained the children for two mornings. Our family has stayed in some outstanding properties, here and abroad. This one deserves six stars. We could not recommend this home more highly, and deeply appreciate the fine service we received from management at every point. Well done!
