The hotel was clean as was our room and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Drawbacks were the room was extremely cramped with just one chair in a twin room.
Shower and bathroom were excellent with plenty of room ironically.
Had a number of problems with the swipe cards for getting in and out.
The evening meal was disappointing.

Bed not too comfortable. Noise from corridor/nearby room in early hours of the morning added to a less than peaceful night

Room stank of urine and when I asked to move I was told there are no other rooms and to open the window!

GREAT LOCATION AND SERVICE
5.0
I arrived late night/early morning and there was still friendly staff available.
Quick and efficient.
Car park was a life (and money) safer.
Great for proximity for docks and Conference Centre.

Our first trip to Liverpool Ibis and we requested, if possible, a room with a view on the 3rd floor or above. The Hotel gave us a great room on the 4th floor with a lovely view, very happy with this result

Over night stay, staff very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Car park, is 10.00 and worth it, re the location of this hotel. We were allowed to get into our roon 30 minutes before our allocated time. Breakfast is extra, but worth it, fresh item always available, and very tasty.

The carpet was stained and dusty. Stains that looked like vomit. The bed was uncomfortable and the AC did not work. We paid £72 and it should be worth more.

Great little stay. Room was as expected, clean, basic but everything you need for a good nights rest. Staff are very good and friendly. Nothing is too much effort for them.
The restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced.
Overlooking the Albert Dock the hotel is perfectly situated for shopping and sight seeing.
This was our 2nd visit to this hotel and we will definitly be returning again.

Good room, close to reception so was very handy. Small bathroom but shower was good. Staff were helpful, one or to not the friendliest I've come across however. Would recommend this hotel as it's well located and within walking distance of all the sights and shopping

Just a single nights stay which was fine. Room was adequate and clean. The breakfast was fine but by no means outstanding. Was it worth the £210 cost? Not in my opinion!

Clean, efficient check in and luggage concierge . Good breakfast

Stopped at other hotel in and around the docks and this was the worst. Reasonable cheap but then add a £10 charge for parking. This is not the case when u stop at most hotel Iv stayed at before and the staff are really rude which I do not appreciate
The room are very bland and boring dated and very caravan like. Not what i expected from an abis hotel. Really disappointed and won’t stay again.

It was ok. Not enough attention to detail in the room. Soap dispenser was screwed on the wrong way round making it hard to use as you couldn't turn it. Lack of attention to detail. There was a brown stain/smudge on the shower wall about 4 inches long and 2 inches wide. But it wasn't a stain as it actually rubbed off when i used a bit of toilet paper on it - bit worrying. Floor in shower also had ingrained dirt in the pattern- maybe can't be cleaned probably needs replacing. I was quite surprised.

I was booked in for 3 nights but left after the first night as the bed was so uncomfortable I hardly slept. Really rock hard mattress and thin pillows. I was refunded for the two nights that I didn’t stay with no questions asked. I’ve since seen other people complaining of the hard beds on reviews of the hotel.

The location is perfect, just right opposite of the Royal Albert Dock. The room is pretty small but it got everything you need. The bathroom is clean but the shower gel bottle was empty and there was a small bottle of shower gel from the former guest placed on top of the hotel shower gel.

The hotel is in a great location with easy and secure parking which was a plus for us. Parking was £10 a night which is a little cheeky but a lot cheaper than any of the surrounding carparks. Reception area was a little cramped and basic but did what it needed to do. Our room was very basic with a mixed of modern and old. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was the biggest down side for us, it was just 2 single beds pushed together with a thin mattress topper on top. The 2 beds kept moving apart leaving a big gap to fall in and the beds were rock hard. Overall we are happy for the low price we paid.

Good position for this hotel

Convenient spot and okay hotel bar. Limited car parking. Rooms are very small. Don’t agree that they won’t accept cash at the bar

Rooms very expensive for a budget room
Room 116 the bathroom is a large pod with your toilet, sink and shower

The AC was a bit weird, at 22c it was way too cold, but at 25c it was way too hot.
The bathroom floor creaked.
Everything else was pretty nice.

Beds were the worst ever,so bad that we went home early

Location was great, it was not pretty comfortable but ok for couple of days. Breakfast was really good.

Modern room, large clean bathroom with a really good hot shower. The breakfast was included so great value and the range of food and drink was excellent. Also well situated and parking next to the hotel at a reasonable rate.

Absolutely loved this gem. I bought water and and was very impressed by the packaging. I’ve not seen anything like it before.

Perfectly situated straight opposite the Albert Dock with amazing views which were fully lit up all day long. Only a five minute walk into Liverpool One Shopping Centre and then into the City.
The car park was very reasonable at £10.00 per night however for Blue badge holders this is free.
On entering the hotel, the staff were very helpful and always polite and seemed happy
There was great Wheelchair access into the hotel and in the main areas. Bedrooms are a little on the small side for electric wheelchairs especially getting into the room. The shower facilities were great with a chair placed in their for those unable to stand.
The restaurant was great value for money and very nice food. Drinks were also a good price. For example we ordered 3 main courses and a pint of beer, a pint of coke and a bottle of coke for £45.00 ish.
Genuinly a place i will stay in again. In fact for us we found it more user friendly for an electric Wheelchair user. The hotel was much more spacious in the foyer and resturant than the other Ibis Hotel in Liverpool.
Very pleased

OK for a nite or two.

Very well located hotel in Liverpool city centre with good breakfastand parkingavailablefor £10 a day. However, the room condition WAS TERRIBLE. The kids bed was broken, the toilet fan seems doesnt work properly and the TV is small and very bad.
So, if you want a well located place to sleep only, this is the place. I would not stay again in this place because it is not chep and it is far from rate 8. It doesn't worth the £108 a night.

The staff were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Breakfast was good, great selection of food to cater to us all as my younger son only eats some foods. Room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Very solid mattress, which is what I prefer. Double bed was big and high. Parking that is accessible was good for us and the front of the hotel was lit up for Christmas beautifully. It was close to my childhood area and family so the location was ideal for us. Very good prices too. Thank you.

Great.

Easy to find, great location, excellent service from the staff and great area out front for breakfast, drinks, lounging.
Rooms were tired looking and dated, my single bed was a pull out chair, not a bed as advertised. Room was drafty. They did provide an extra blanket when requested.
Service from the staff was what made this trip, not the room.

Conveniently located close to the Dock. Clean and comfortable. The water pressure for the shower is a bit too low, but all the rest is generally good.

For the prize charged, the quality of rooms and food is mediocre. Their rates are overpeized.

Hotel could do with a revamp, looking tired and dated. Clean enough. Came up to stay for the night to go to a Christmas ball .
Staff were a bit Robotic.
Car park was completely full. So having to park in disabled bays, or take the car out of the car park . Weather was horrendous, so that was not a option.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite, the rooms were basic for the amount we paid!

Nice welcome and plenty of car parking spaces. No need to pay in advance. Just £10 at the reception. Good quality comfortable beds and the shower and bathroom worked perfectly. Breakfast was plentyful and tasty. The prices in the bar were good too.

Small room and room was freezing on entering. It is winter and the window was left open with no heating on. The heater didn’t let a lot of heat out so was sat working feeling very cold

Great weekend stay. Good atmosphere. Fantastic location looking across Albert Dock.
