Dish washer. 4 beautifully designed bedrooms. 2 Smart TVs, AC & heater, washer & dryer. The house accommodates 8 people. 2 parking spaces in driveway plus plenty of street parking.

House was perfect. Easy access and very clean. Would definitely recommend!!

The house itself was very nice and would definitely rent again which is why I give it a five star. The house is very clean and many little attention to details that didn't go unnoticed like ample Keurig coffee pods, ample towels, and assorted board games. Location is close to the strip so it's easy access to the strip or down to Freemont street. The neighboring houses were decent but it's not a great neighborhood. This house is by far the nicest in the area.
The yard and fencing is under construction which we didn't know about until after we booked via an email from the owner offering 20% off the next rental for the inconvenience. For us it didn't matter as we weren't using the outside but if you need to use the yard I would inquire to make sure it was done before booking.

This house was really nice and had plenty of room. The AC was cold and the beds were comfortable. The house is centrally located so it was close to everything we had planned. It was great NOT having to deal with a long hotel check in line and waiting for valet. Priced less than two nice hotel rooms for two nights. Can't wait to stay here again and would definitely recommend.
