Upon entering the 67-square-meter apartment (recently renovated and redecorated in 2021), you’ll find a bright, elegant, and glamorous space divided into a living room with a pull-out double sofa bed and a single chair bed; a dining area with 5 designer chairs around a round crystal table; a fully equipped modern kitchen with an oven/microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and a gas stove; and a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and a designer orange flower-shaped armchair. A unique silver wave-patterned wall separates the two rooms. The apartment features decorative original beamed ceilings.
The apartment features a modern bathroom with a large shower, white fixtures (sink, toilet, bidet), and two bathroom cabinets.
There is a convenient closet housing the washer-dryer.
High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, smart TV, plenty of markets nearby, and a special rate agreement with the garage located 30 meters from the property.

My sister and I spent eight nights at the property, and it was amazing! Great location for a first visit to Florence since it is so close to so many historic sites. Our hosts were so responsive and helpful, with recommendations for restaurants and other tips. The flat was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It is a trip we will never forget!

Being able to walk around Florence and stop in for a quick AC break was a life saver. The apartment has all the amenities. We made some breakfasts and a few other meals. The Medici museum right across the street is a must! The recommendations for dinner and aperatitivo were perfect!

I stayed in the purple apartment and it was fabulous. High ceilings, clean, updated appliances and all the amenities that you need. Mariangela was great to work with and answered any questions very promptly. The apartment is right in the center of Florence. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the train station. Great places to eat and sights to see right out the front door. I would highly recommend staying here and if given the chance to come back I will definitely be staying here again.
