The location near two train station, keisei koiwa (5mins) koiwa (20mins). A lot of supermarket nearby. Room quite spacious for two of us, giving the fact this Japan and you wont get the same size if you book hotel. There is basic utensils like fork spoon chopsticks bowl plate and mug. Microwaves for a quick one, the electric stove for cooking. Electric water kettle, knives, cutting board and etc. Also there is basic amenities such as soap, shampoo and conditioner. Big and small towels provided which I’m really happy about it. There is water heater and room heater. Basically they have everything that helps me living up to two weeks in comfort.

The amenities was not refilled, soap basically finished from day 1 we arrived. The wall a bit thin you can here other guest walking or talking sometimes. Also the tatami keep on moving and twice we slides and almost fall due to that. Oh and feedback for host, maybe you can create guidelines on how to check in and check out properly. There is a guest I bump to who don’t know how exactly she and her husband able to enter the house. For me it easy maybe I already experience enough with BnB and stuff but best for those who a first timer. A video from keisei koiwa until how to checking will be really good for your future guest.

I liked the fact that it felt like being a local. You have your own apartment that’s served as any other one in Tokyo, it doesn’t feel fake or touristic at all.

The location isn’t ideal. The neighbourhood is really quiet and residential, but it takes at least 40 minutes to get to any center location.

The accommodation was located in Edogawa, a nice and quiet suburban neighbourhood full of really kind people who made us feel welcome. The accommodation had everything we needed to enjoy our stay near Tokyo.

The accommodation was a little dusty, resulting in some coughing fits and some dust on our clothing. Due to the lack of reception for the accommodation, we were woken up in the middle of the night to two tourists who had booked accommodation within the Yoosuu building and were given no information regarding their room or passcode for entry. In the end, they ended up going to another place for accommodation. By the time they left, it was around 1:30 in the morning.

駅から近かった。６－７分くらい

Wi-Fiが使えなかった関係で、住所が分からず電話したが、駅から近距離にもかかわらず、説明ができなかった。結局駅にあった地図を利用して宿までたどり着けた。多分オーナーが日本人ではないから？　鍵の受け取り方も説明不足。結局ほかの部屋に泊まっていた人に聞いてやっと部屋に入れた。

The location was little bit far from public transportation facility

I liked the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Very responsive and messages back quickly. The best things about it was that there was a washer, and the bathroom had the clothes drying feature. You are provided an ample amount of hangers. So it was easy to do a load of laundry after coming back and hanging it to dry in the bathroom. Being able to do clothes really put me at ease because I travel carry-on only. So if that is a concern of yours this place is really good. There is also a guide book for the rules and how to take care of the property which was handy.

The location was a little lackluster. Overall the place was very small. If you are a single traveler I think it would be more feasible and comfortable. But there were two of us and it felt cramped. There was no place to sit except for on the floor or the bed. The trash can provided was a bit small. A larger container, as well as clear instructions on how to separate the trash would be good.

Loved the surrounding area, easy access to the train station, the decoration inside.

Did not originally receive email containing check in information, but am unsure if it was a fluke or not.
