Clean , location is good but very small and very expensive

Clean and location only but it’s very very very small and the sopha bed is not comfortable . But honestly what is very good it’s very clean and location is close to metro. But not recommended for long stay I stayed 4 night and value for is very expensive.

My love of Milan began when I realised how lucky I was to find this apartment and this area at Porta Venezia

The location was perfect on a quiet pedestrian street with close access to Metro, cafes, banks and gelato. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. For my needs, it was perfect. Matteo, the host, was especially caring and helpful.

Nothing, really. It was a little difficult finding the actual apartment in a large building, but other residents were very helpful.

• The location is absolutely fantastic! Metro line M1 is right outside the building and connects you to a wide area of Milan. Trams and buses are also close by. We even walked to some places. So, the location truly is a dream! • The apartment is clean and has all the basic utensils and appliances you need for cooking and doing laundry. We had to buy our own detergent for the washing machine, but that wasn’t a big issue. • There is a very large and powerful refrigerator, including a freezer compartment. • A large supermarket is located right next door. • The price is very good, especially considering the central location and in comparison to other offers in the area.

• The biggest downside was the air conditioning. The listing said that A/C was included, but unfortunately, it was just a portable unit that didn’t come close to cooling the space properly. Indoor temperatures were consistently between 28–32°C (82–90°F), which was extremely uncomfortable. When we asked the host for advice, we were simply told to keep the doors and windows closed (which we were already doing) and to switch off the unit whenever we left the apartment. • Another issue was the Wi-Fi. Although the network showed up and we were able to connect using the password, there was no actual internet connection – on any of our devices. We had to rely on our mobile data the entire time. When we reached out to the host, we were only told to make sure we entered the password correctly. After that, we received no further response. • The sofa bed was another problem. It squeaked loudly with even the slightest movement, making it quite unsuitable for light sleepers. • While the host seemed friendly at first, they were ultimately not interested in helping us or providing any real solutions. Communication was very disappointing. • A final downside — which likely isn’t the host’s fault — was that on two days there was a very strong sewage smell inside the apartment. We couldn’t find the source inside, so we assume it came from outside.
