This is a guest house in the flats of Beverly Hills across the street from the Beverly Hilton and Waldorf . It has a very large Bedroom with a California King bed. The bathroom has been redone. The kitchenette is walk in with a fridge and coffee maker. It has a microwave but no stove. We can arrange clothes washing at front of property.

A little eclectic reflecting the owner's Hollywood past. Quiet. Great WiFi. My only suggestion is to bring a plug-in smoke detector. Didn't see one. (No gas hookups so no carbon monoxide issues). Location, Location, Location! Wonderful host !

My wife and I spent the weekend here and it was the perfect location to explore Beverly Hills on foot, and to quickly head out to the beach or up to Hollywood. The house was clean and comfortable, and Donna was an exceptional host.

I absolutely loved everything about this stay! The location, host, space, etc. You are close to some great cafes and the room is big. Everything was clean and Donna is so sweet! I will definitely stay again. Thank you and I’m grateful for my time there.

Absolutely lovely cottage with a great deal of room. The neighborhood is quiet and appealing. Lots of area for walking or taking a run. Donna is just wonderful and very accommodating.
