Not our first time at Sandia. It is our first time booking through a third-party reseller. Made a reservation four months in advance for a king deluxe. Got two double beds on our anniversary weeks stay! That’s right, not a weekend but five days. Made service change sheets, maybe once. Pretty setting, but doesn’t Feel very customer service oriented.

Stayed at Sandia to watch a performer at the amphitheater. Asked for directions at check in and were told to walk to kiosks. When the show finished just before 10pm, we wanted to have a nightcap but all of the bars at the hotel had already done last call at 10:10pm and the store was closed. For over $300/night, I would expect amenities to be open to guests at 10pm on a Friday night. The room was clean and comfortable, but it was a very expensive, generic stay with no hospitality.

The other members of our group had fantastic mountain views, but for some reason because we requested a room with wheelchair access and paid just as much, we got a view of the roof. 😟 The beds were harder than what you would expect from a "resort".

Overall a good stay. There was a party in the room next to us at 2am it got so loud. Called security and they quickly broke it up. Just was a pain with a 6 hour drive that morning with sleep abrupted. Casino was nice, golf was nice

As a local, this is my favorite little getaway. Good and staff are always amazing.

We had a pleasant stay as always.
From check in due to the great welcoming from Matthew and all the extras for birthday weekend to the patience of house keeping upon leaving room.
Always our favorite for any special occasion!

Hotel stay was good. Some of the people in the service areas were rude and unfriendly, especially one of the bartenders in the big bar where the bands play. Lady bartender.

One of Albuquerque's Best places to stay but this time no house keeping or help from the very lazy valet guys.

The room we were given had an overly string smell of chemicals in it. Basically unbearable. Couldn't wait to leave due to the smell. The valet was also very rude & unhelpful.

Loved the cleanliness of the room! The casino was awesome. Wasn’t happy about the bar. It was packed and there was a line to get in so I wasn’t able to enjoy a cocktail during my stay. I had to go out to.buy some drinks for my room.

Check-in clerk was not very friendly due to third party reservation. Very clean accommodations, nice place to stay.

Mattress was very firm, too firm and the comforter was very thin, barley more than a heavy sheet. A cheap hotel, I expect,a resort not so much. No smoking is allowed in the casino, I don't get that. People don't catch colds from smoking. Employees don't seem very happy and avoid eye contact rather than greet you with a smile ad make eye contact. Enough with the dumb masks already.

Beautiful resort, Clean Rooms

Upon arrival, the property was beautiful. Parking was super easy in the covered garage and check-in was a breeze. The king room was modern, spacious and had a great mountain view. The casino was spotless and had a fun vibe, with live music! The new sports bar is a great open space with floor to ceiling windows with wonderful views. Lunch was tasty with excellent service by bartender, Joann. If you’re looking for a fun, modern and reasonably priced stay; this is definitely the place!

Last stay here was pre pandemic. Basic but not as fabulous as it was. Towels rough. No extras like bubble bath, chocolate or even cream for the coffee. Front desk aloof and check in guy rude. Kevin in the Council Room was amazing and an excellent server. Food was ok but not spectacular.

Property with late night entertainment including night club on premises. Dining options limited after 9 PM. Room was average for price. Overall clean but had some stains on dresser. Did not have late checkout.

This was our first trip to Santa Fe. We knew from friends which areas of downtown not to stay in. Ultimately, we decided to stay by the mountain and just drive into town when we needed. We really enjoyed the quiet of Sandia Resort and Casino. The night view of the city lights was nice. We requested a mountain view on our subsequent overnight as we passed back through Santa Fe on our return trip. The mountain is pretty too. We are not casino goers, so can’t speak to that. We dined twice for breakfast at the golf course restaurant. The food and service were good, though the food should have been served hot.

Like you dropped into a little Las Vegas nestled near a mountain. Beautiful view with the suite and wonderful happy workers. I will be back!

First time stay and exceeded our expectations!

Literally the only negative I have is the lack of pay- out in the casino. Too many people grumbling over losses. Myself included. Not like Las Vegas but the property was immaculately cleaned and maintained and we enjoyed how friendly the staff was from the Valwt, Bell Hops, & the Sports Bar staff.

Casino downstairs so no need to drive anywhere. However, not a lot of restaurants as some were closed. 1 hour wait time to get a table for 4 people. No microwave in a room which is odd. Couldn’t even heat up the leftover food we got. High price due to the Balloon Fiesta event. Overall good but because of the price will probably not stay there again.
