There was hair on the toilet and between the sheets.

Clean and great location
Noisy neighbors. Reserved a room for two people. Should have had the lotions, shampoos filled. Ran out before first use.

The living space and bathroom were very clean. The staff was very welcoming as well.
A better variety of snacks. I think guest should be presented with a free bottle of water and at least a fruit (apple, banana).

The staff was friendly, the manager was excellent and Wayne (Dewayne) took great care of our room.
The shower head in the bathroom can be a stronger head.

My three days stay. I didn't like that the housekeeper didn't bring fresh towels and pickup the trash. They didn't check to see that we needed anything.

The hotel was clean, and the first thing I noticed when I walked was the smell. It smelled so good. The staff was very professional and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean.
The only thing I didn't like was that we were on the first floor right by the exit door, and you could hear the door slam every time someone came in or went out. Also, you could hear people walking and running upstairs.

I liked the cleanliness and the nice staff.
I just asked to extend check out for an extra hour and then he mentioned only 30 minutes.

The ability of management to change my room.
having to change rooms because the first room was NOT what I required and contracted for my needs. Also the room key(s) would not always work and I was told that my smart phone affected the electronic keys..!

The location was great. This place was very close to the Beach.
How we had to ask for towels or clean linen. We had to clear out our own trash if we didn't catch hospitality.

The room was so clean and up to date. The staff was exceptional and made us feel like we were at home. We also enjoyed how the beach was only 5-6 mins away along with pier park.
The fire alarm went off at 8am one morning, took about 45 minutes for the fire department to come and disarm the alarm.
