I expect that the stay would have been different if it had been hot outside, but because it wasn't, we got exactly what we wanted, a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The beach is literally across the street, so we took one quick stroll to it. We are cooking people and with walmart being right around the corner we had no problem getting what we needed quickly. The home was clean and spacious. We had an issue with the water not being hot, but with a quick message sent to maintenance, they were there the next morning. The home was also equipped with everything we needed, even though we brought a lot of things. We will definitely come back when it's warm outside so that we can enjoy the cute pool area, we still sat out there for a while because it was just too cute not too! Overall, we enjoyed it and hope to come back and stay in this home!

Short walk to the beach. The previous neighborhood was destroyed by Hurricane Mathew and rebuilt to only vacation rentals. This is a low/slow traffic area, very secure for a rental and not a traffic zoo, like closer to Pier Park. A Walmart is just up the street and Publixs supermarkets are close by, which makes supply/resupply easy. A definite recommendation for a great PCB vacation site.

The property was everything as stated. We were very impressed with the room the home provided for a family of 15. No one bumping into each other. The beds were comfortable and the pool was great. The home sits across from a beach access and allows a great view of the ocean. Very impressed and have found our future return spot for my family gatherings. Home needed nothing done and there were no negatives to report. Blueswell sent a few messages checking to see if everything was great. Very impressed with this 5 star home.

We would not have chosen this property otherwise. When asked how the company would resolve the issue, they offered a 10% discount on a future stay. That is great; however, it did not resolve our current stay issue. We requested 10% off our current stay instead since they were willing to give us that on a future stay, but they were very clear they would not give us a refund. So in order to resolve the issue, we would have to spend even more money with this company. Absolutely unacceptable! They have corrected the advertising since our stay but beware and read ALL the fine print everywhere!

I can honestly say that the location and size of home was perfect for our extended family vacation of 13 (kids/adults). The home was very clean with the exception of the floors upon arrival. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to accommodate meals at home, especially breakfast. I will say that the home could use a new washer and dryer, the washer seems to damage your clothes with excessive lent and the dryer does not work properly. It takes multiple cycles to dry the load of garments, this can be an issue with many people staying at the home. I would suggest a new grill, there is an existing one but it is very rusted. We would definitely stay here again as I reiterate the great location and size of home and hope management company would take some of my observations into consideration to make this home truly perfect. *I can say I did have an issue, I received a text message the day after we arrived while we were at the beach stating that a maintenance person would be coming by and installing a dish washer. I was not made aware prior to check in that the dish washer did not work and felt that this maintenance call could have been handled when the unit was not occupied. I declined visit as we were going to be heading back to shower, etc. and we were a group of 13. We stuck to hand washing dishes our whole stay.** We also had visits from the property management company 2 mornings in a row with a rental agreement form to sign, I had never experienced this with any other properties.I am not saying it was the case but it almost felt as if we were being monitored, though there is a Ring at the front door that could easily be accessed by owner/company, which didn't matter to us as we were not doing anything that was not allowed.

We spent a long weekend with some friends for a bachelorette party. House was amazing - enough beds for 7 of us. Downstairs room with bathroom was extremely convenient. The pool outside was beautiful and a short walk across the street was the Gulf of Mexico. A maintenance man (I'm sorry we didn't get his name) came to repair the front lock while we were there and went above and beyond by fixing the TV for us. Extremely happy with Blue Swell and vrbo !!

Location was perfect - it was very central to PCB. The beach wasn’t crowded. The home was very spacious and very accommodating.

This is a great property. Very clean and check in was easy. We had a group of 12 and there was plenty of space. Property could easily sleep 15 as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience. The pool was phenomenal, clean, and very warm! The place was very spacious and top notch.

We have 12 in our family. 6 adults and 6 children. We love the beach and Panama City Beach. The pool at the house was wonderful . Everyone was able to enjoy it. We liked the house, but would've liked another bathroom and bedroom with a door. All in all we liked the house, the amenities and location.

Really have no bad things to say about this property! The house was gorgeous and perfect for the 14 adults that we had in our group. It is literally right across from the beach and the pool was also a big hit!

It was turned on and then later the pool lights were not working. The owners contacted the rental company to tell them the pool heater was turned too high to 90F and they wanted it turned to 88. The owners had the rental company visit the property several times during my stay. Last day the air conditioner seemed to not work. It was set to 68 and the reading on 80 on the thermometer. So not sure what was going on there. The property was clean and towels provided. Home needed a tv in the bunk room with the door.
