It is very close to Santaguilia arena, where we watched late night Olympics hockey game. Clean and have basics for a short stay: coffee, mugs, plates, pots and pans. Comfortable for 2, might be tight for 3 adults. Do not agree with other reviewers about the area: we felt safe walking to the nearby grocery store. Close to tram and bus stops.
The smell of sewage especially after you use toilet or shower.

"We got what we paid for. Comfortable and practical.
The neighbors were also helpful. A very nice gesture to give up his parking space as he was about to leave."
