The Neighborhood: Quiet neighborhood west of downtown (just a quick 10 min walk to get groceries at the new Whole Foods!), and yet just a few miles of your new favorite hiking trails! Getting Around: There are two parking spots in front of the garage as well as on street parking. There are many sidewalks for easy morning or evening strolls. Guests will not have access to the garage. Other Things to Note: Please let us know if you will traveling with your dog/s. There is a limit to 2 dogs. The cost for your stay with up to two dogs is $100. Please pick up after your pet, otherwise you will be charged an additional $50. Guests will not have access to garage. Additionally, we have installed noise monitors in the property to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. These monitors help us detect any excessive noise levels that may disturb the neighbors, (they do NOT record any conversations, just decibel levels). We want to ensure that everyone has a great experience during their stay with us and that everyone can enjoy a peaceful environment. These devices are not located in any private spaces such as bathrooms or bedrooms and have been installed for the safety and security of our guests and the property as well as to minimize disturbances to neighbors. When booking directly our cancellation policy is as follows: Fully refundable if guests cancels within 48 hours of booking AND its at least 14 full days prior to check in. 50% refund of accommodation fees and taxes (minus a 4% credit card processing fee), cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to check in time. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded. Extenuating Circumstances Policy: When this Policy allows for cancellation, it controls and takes precedence over the reservation’s cancellation policy. Guests that are impacted by an event covered by this Policy can cancel their reservation and receive, depending on the circumstances, a cash refund or credit can be given. This doesn’t include lost or expired travel documents or other personal circumstances relating to a guest’s authorization to travel. Declared emergencies and epidemics. Government declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, and public health emergencies. This does not include diseases that are endemic or commonly associated with an area—for example, malaria in Thailand or dengue fever in Hawaii. Government travel restrictions. Travel restrictions imposed by a governmental agency that prevent or prohibit traveling to, staying at, or returning from the Listing location. This does not include non-binding travel advisories and similar government guidance. Military actions and other hostilities. Acts of war, hostilities, invasions, civil war, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots, insurrection, civil disorder, and civil unrest. Natural disasters. Natural disasters, acts of God, large-scale outages of essential utilities, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, and other severe and abnormal weather events. This does not include weather or natural conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in that location—for example, hurricanes occurring during hurricane season in Florida.
