Three bedrooms are upstairs; The main bedroom has a king bed and a fireplace, flat screen TV, and a balcony deck. It shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with a double vanity with a bedroom that has a twin bed plus twin bunks. The third bedroom on the top floor has a king bed and a private bath. The bottom floor has two comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two twin beds which can be converted into a king bed with advance notice. The two bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom with a double vanity. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room area on the bottom floor which also features a large screen TV, and a half bath. The main floor is perfect for spending time with the group. The open floor plan has two seating areas, one with a cozy wood burning fireplace and the other with a large screen TV. The full kitchen is in the middle, with a dining table seating 8 and 3 bar stools at the counter. Additional features include air conditioning, washer and dryer, private year round hot tub, free Wi-Fi, propane grill.
