This fully remodeled space is sure to appease both families and business professionals looking for a fun yet luxurious space to get away and experience Anchorage while enjoying comfortable amenities to make your stay enjoyable. From soaring 20’ ceilings, comfy beds, massive gas fireplace, 700 sqft outdoor deck with accent lighting, huge chefs kitchen, this place is meant to be enjoyed. Digital key pad for easy entrance to the home. There is no need to interact with us as hosts as we are not on site, but we are happy to call, text, or chat via the airbnb app about Alaska, Anchorage, things to do, and issues, dining options, etc! The home is located in South Addition which is one of Anchorage older and most reputable neighborhoods on the edge of downtown. Known for Art Deco or modern architecture you’ll see some of the historic part of Anchorage mixed with a modern flare! And best part is you can walk or a few minute Uber ride to almost all the fine dining and shopping! Quick walk, bike, car ride, Uber/Lyft to most things. Plenty of parking in front of the garage and on the street for up to 6 vehicles. 10 min walk anchorage downtown; located near one of the largest trails in town. Absolutely no parties. No pets. This is a private residence with other unit below and neighbors around. Garage is not available. - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the promises. - If you damage the home, you might be charged up to the cost of repairs. - No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on this property, this includes front porch. - Do not hav any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund. - NO loud music and NO Parties (No exceptions) . The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and the whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. -Do not attempt to access unit below - it's a separate property with people living in it. -Garage is not available for the guests: do not attempt to get in. - NO Pets of any kind (property has beautiful fluffy carpets - no mess allowed - will be charged cleaning fees if violated) - If you open, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. -Pls ensure to lock the doors every time you leave the house. We really enjoyed our stay, we were in Anchorage for work and the house was roomy, comfortable and met all of our needs. Even though we didn’t have kids with us we enjoyed the climbing wall and net. Would stay here again.

We held a company retreat at this property and it was absolutely perfect. Clean, lots of space for our group to have a wonderful retreat. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook group meals. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay!

Myself and three other colleagues had a great stay while in town for meetings and team building. The large dining room table was perfect for round table strategy sessions. The home was very clean and comfortable. Short drive to downtown Anchorage for restaurants. Nice little grocery right around the corner for quick meals and great Kaladi Bros coffee. Highly recommend this VRBO. We will be back!
