The food was absolutely exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bar staff make a great aperol! We had the most amazing 2 days and will 100% be back. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but the area looks fabulous so we will try it next time for sure
There was nothing we didn't like

Beautiful hotel located in a wonderful location. Being nearby San Gimignano was really useful for dinners and the hotel was located in a gorgeous part of Tuscany to explore different wineries during the day. The hotel itself was exactly what we hoped, with traditional pretty rooms and stunning grounds with views of Tuscany. There was plenty of parking and the breakfast was a nice touch too. Highly recommend!

The gardens and exterior are very attractive
The inside of the building is tired, in places grimy and dusty and certainly needs a revamp. Certainly not a 4 star. Also the restaurant is certainly below average
