About this house rental
The apartment also has a terrace, the perfect spot to enjoy lunch while taking in the view of the Tuscan hills and the sunset. You can relax in the property’s garden, stroll through the olive grove, play ping pong, or take a dip in the pool during the summer (shared by two apartments). Free Wi-Fi.
Please note that the last kilometer leading to the house is a single-lane road, but all types of vehicles pass through it; there is only one somewhat tight curve where all cars and vehicles no longer than 6 meters can pass.
We’re just a 15-minute drive from Florence, yet in the heart of the countryside; the bus stop is 1 km away. We recommend booking taxis in advance and checking the fares. With your own car, you’ll have more freedom, and you can park at Porta Romana (paid parking) and explore the center of Florence on foot from there. The house’s location is ideal for exploring Tuscany; in addition to being close to Florence, it’s near the A1 highway and the Siena–Florence route, providing easy access to major tourist destinations.
The Municipality of Impruneta charges guests a tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per day, which must be paid directly upon arrival.
Children are welcome, but please note that there are stairs.
Pets are allowed; please be advised that the property is not fenced and that we have cats.
The cooling system is underfloor with a dehumidifier; for most of the year, it is not needed because it cools down significantly in the evening and is very comfortable. This system creates a healthy, pleasant, and eco-friendly environment—unlike traditional air conditioning. The heating is also underfloor and very comfortable.
Relaxing, Ayurvedic, and Shiatsu massages are available ONLY by reservation prior to arrival. Please inquire about costs and availability.
