Good location, one block from train, 10 minutes to luxury shopping area.
It is a little noisy in the morning due to traffic.

Everything! Beautiful view, private beach, awesome rooftop! Easy walk to downtown!

+ Location is great as it's literally 3 min. walk from the train station and a few minutes away from lively, historic/touristy area
+ Staff is very nice and friendly
- A room with 4 beds crammed together was not very comfortable and felt more like a hostel
- The whole place is dated and needs a refresh
- Towels and bedding we yellowish from being used for a long time
- Breakfast was mediocre
- Our room overlooked an area with a few benches occupied by food delivery "cyclists". No city view.
