Please Respect Our Home We love you and we love your children. …and we want to love you all when you leave. This is a luxury living home with brand new and expensive fixtures and furniture. Please ensure that your children are respecting the property as if it were your own home. Taking shoes off at the door, not wandering around with fruit juice or popsicles to stain the upholstery or carpeting. Please do not move furnishings around to different rooms. If you remove small appliances, remotes, or videos to put them away, please be sure everything is put back as it was before you leave. We ask that you not disrupt the other house located nearby and please don't borrow furnishings from other house. If you or your children break or damage anything, please let me know. Sidewalk chalk should be washed away before you leave. This house has a limited occupancy of 28 people. Violating this rule will result in a fine up to $300. Please be sure to check out on time by 11 AM. If you need to request an extension, I am happy to accommodate if we do not have someone coming in the same day after you.
