Fourth floor without an elevator, but the stairs are really easy to climb.It features: 2 double bedrooms, a living room with a dining area, a double sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, heating, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a full bathroom with a large shower. Stayed with my brother and nephew using both of the bedrooms and sofabed so all 3 of us had a separate space. The flat had everything we needed for our holiday. We liked the area and walked into the old centre every day (about 20 mins) and up to the Piazzale Michelangelo behind the apartment. You can get the C4 or 12 bus into the centre if you don't want to walk. The outside space was great, there are doors onto balconies flat from all the main rooms and the roof terrace had the most amazing views especially the sunsets. Caught the train to Viareggio one day for a swim in the sea. We did find the key safe a little tricky to open. We loved the flat.
