Comfortable rooms. Pretty good location. Not far from the Zocalo, but not tge best walk to get there
The staff. Front desk wanted to charge us for the plastic key entry card that we left in the room upon departing. Bellman did his job though.

Very clean room with facilities including a working tv and coffee machine. No shortage of staff members to help with whichever issue. Bathroom was particularly tidy.
Not everyone (including receptionist and waitress) speaks English very well though I get by in Spanish. In addition, the bathroom cabin showed signs of leakage.

It's a good value for money in Mexico city.
We stay in a big room with two double beds and a triple deck beds.
They also provide coffee filter machine with coffee and tea, which is rare in Mexico.

Well the hotel was nice, room spacious but stuff was exeptional. Our son got hight fever during our stay. I asked the repetionist on how to get to hospital and since then they organized everything. The trip to hospital even one of the stuff joined us to help with translation by he doctor and helped in pharmacy all on the house (which I still cannot believe). Pitty I cannot rate more on the staff. Definitelly recommended to families.

Nice spacious room; Very friendly and helpful staff; Clean rooms; Free secure parking; Good location; Close to Metro; Complimentary coffee/water in room
No a/c; No extractor fan in bathroom; No breakfast included; only one sachet of coffee and no tea!
We stayed for 7 days and complained 3 times about the WiFi. On the 6th day they finally told us, that the WiFi on the 3rd floor is not very good - It’s actually rubbish!!
When we arrived, they had over sold our room. They kindly booked us into alternative hotel for one night, but it was a much lower standard then what we had booked!

Everything made logistical sense. The restaurant was open and the food was great. The business center was open and usable.
Beds were hard.

I will definitely come back and use the hotel again. Highly recommended to my friends.
The staff at the restaurant were missing hospitality.

Arrived at around 01:00am in morning. The room had been confirmed for 2 nights and a down payment had been made. Arrived to find they had given away my room, refused to provide another room claiming they were completely full moved me to another hotel which was cheap dirty and in an area frequented by prostitutes and people sleeping on the sidewalk near the front of hotel. A hotel I would never have stayed in under normal circumstances but not speaking Spanish and in a strange city at 02:00am in the morning I had no option as I wasn’t about to go searching for a new hotel on my own. Will be writing a complete report with all details on situation to booking.com recommending this hotel be dropped from their listing. Absolutely worst service I have received from any hotel in 50 years of International travel. It’s worth saying that after a lengthy argument they did give me voucher for a free one night stay but would first require my giving them a 48 hour notice, but when I checked out they asked me to sign a statement in their ledger that to use the 1 night voucher I must first give them a 2 month notice ! Needless to say I have no intention of using the voucher .

they lied to me, sent me to a very low quality hotel saying it was the same quality

It was quite close to everything we wanted to tour around, the building was quite good looking
we didn’t realize the location wasn’t the best, but I guess that’s why it was a decent price
