I normally do not leave reviews good or bad. However, I feel the need to let others know my experience. I chose this cabin based on the reviews, location, and pictures. Let me start by saying pictures on VRBO should be immediately updated as they do not depict a true condition of the cabin. The kitchen is tiny with very limited counter space. The living room is tiny and furniture is very old with visible wear and tear. Blinds broke, floors dirty, not enough linens provided for our entire party, nor were there sheets for sofa beds. No pillows on downstairs bed. Needless to say we all had to go out and buy our own towels, wash cloths, pillows/cases and blankets. Mattresses on all beds are hard and you can feel the springs coming through. The sofa bed downstairs had visible pee stains all over it. The bathrooms downstairs are old and outdated. There was cleaner under the bathroom sink that was not locked up. The washer had dirty water sitting in it and the dryer lint wasan inch thick. Hot tub smelled musty. Trash receptacles were full from previous tenants. I could go on and on…
The owner was responsive to my concerns, however never offered any compensation or anything for all the trouble. We ended up leaving a day early due to all of the above. I know the owner must have invested quite a bit of money into this cabin and to maximize the return on investment, should consider different management options, cleaning/repair personnel, as what is in place now is obviously not working!

Location is just literally minutes from the main drag. View off the back deck is woods, so you don't have to see neighbors. Plenty of dishes for having a crowd of people.
We literally had 10 adults and 12 kids all 5 and under. Bedrooms were spacious to allow for kids sleeping on blow up mattresses and pack-n-plays. Counter space in the kitchen is limited but two large tables help with that.

Our family get together was planned late and included a small wedding. This cabin was to be our headquarters of family time together and eating and sleeping between the wedding and touristy stuff. This location is close to everything. If you want to do family quantity food, the kitchen is very small and not much counter space. I had issues with the oven not cooking evenly.
The layout of the cabin leaves guests going into the more personal bathroom space of those actually staying there. What I mean is there is not a ‘hall bathroom’ on the first or lower level(with game room and huge tv. ). Plenty of tv’s to watch, and view out the windows. Hot tub was fine.
The hot water was not sized for as many people as we had(13 MAX) and we know how to share water. No way 23 people could ever get their showers throughout the day. Inconvenient.
The location to popular things is terrific. The last quarter mile to the cabin is quite tricky and hilly and if it had been wet/cold/snowy/icy, there would be no way to get to or get out of the cabin. That is the way it is for the majority of the cabins it seems but unless you have been to one, you don’t realize you need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to maneuver on good weather.
This cabin is best meant for people eating out the whole time, and mainly sleeping time, away from the noise time.

We had 18 of us staying. There was children, teens and adults. We had plenty of room for all of us. The teens stayed on the top floor and loved being up there by themselves. Had plenty of parking. Close to everything we wanted to do.

We had a group of couples and it fit all of us perfectly. The pool table was a big hit for our crew and a lot of great extra amenities. It was also very close to the downtown area of Pigeon Forge which made it very easy for traveling. Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Well I usually do not say anything about places we stay but I was very disappointed. First we got up to fix our breakfast for the family and we made homemade biscuits. The oven was set for temperature and the oven never got to that. It stayed on preheat the whole time. So there went breakfast. I contacted the owner and he sent out a handyman and he said he would need to replace the oven. He said I will bring one back and we never seen anyone again. The owner sent me a message and said he would get it out there as soon as possible we’ll I checked out today and never got a new stove. So all the money I spent on groceries we never got to use them. We had to go out to eat. So double money was spent that we did not plan on. The beds are terrible. I think the cabin is just an older cabin and needs some upgrades. Like new mattress’s and furniture. I do not know if it is rented a lot because the floors were filthy and the big picture windows were filthy. Just very disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We went for the. week of Thanksgiving. This included my parents, my brother, our children, and their children. Our ages were from 86 to 4 months. Everyone enjoyed the stay. The house was clean and comfortable. Games for the kids to play and places for the adults to gather and talk. It was also very close to nearby attractions. I highly recommend Kyle as a host, he was responsive. We will be going bask

I am the manager of a group home for adult individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. We booked this cabin because it was handicap accessible and close to the places we planned to visit during our stay. The cabin was perfect for us! It was a beautiful, clean, inviting home with all the necessary immenities. The ladies loved their stay and cant wait to go back!

This was the first time our two families came together for a trip. We needed a cabin big enough for 18 people. This cabin was perfect. There was penty of room and then some. The game room was a hit, the children loved it, along with the adults.
The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything and then some. We lacked nothing. This is definitely a place we will come to again.

My wife and I wanted to bring our parents and any family memes that wanted to attend the Pontiac show down and this was the perfect place. Great spacious cabin, excellent room layout all the amenities you expect from a quality pigeon forge cabin rental. It only took us 2-3 minutes to get to the main drag but our road was pretty quiet. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a cabin close to town but fairly quiet and easily accessible.
