This home features a beautiful chef's kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a main level and basement living area, and great kids space over the garage. There is plentiful outdoor entertaining space on the tiered deck and outdoor fire pit overlooking the lake, and a stone pathway that connects to a sidewalk leading down to a double slip dock. Enjoy the beautiful views of Smith Lake from our home! The space This home sleeps a total of 22 guests, all in beds- we do not count couches or air mattresses as beds at this home! The layout of the house supports multiple families or larger groups, with several larger open areas perfect for kids and adults. There is a total of 7 bedrooms, 1 bunkroom, and 1 open flexroom that can all be used for guests to sleep in. Main level: - Master bedroom: king bed, private en-suite bathroom, walk in closet - Guest bedroom: queen bed, shared bathroom - Guest bedroom: queen bed, shared bathroom Basement: - Second master bedroom: king bed, private en-suite bathroom, walk in closet - Guest bedroom: king bed, shared bathroom - Bunk room: two sets of bunk beds (4 total twin beds), shared bathroom Second floor: - Flex room: two twin sized daybeds (a total of four beds), shared bathroom. *please note: this room does not have a door, and is open to the rest of the second floor. - Guest bedroom: queen bed, shared bathroom - Guest bedroom: king bed, private bathroom Amenities: This property has its own two slip dock in year round water- guests are welcome to bring their own boat (and launch at Duncan Bridge Marina, approximately ten minutes away by road) or to rent a boat locally and tie off on the dock. The property also offers the following: - Water slide located on the dock (please note- the slide will be winterized and unavailable for guest use when temperatures are below freezing!) - Game table in the basement rec room that can turn into a pool table, dining room table, and ping pong table - Gas grill attached to the house propane line - Extensive outdoor entertaining spaces across four different porches and decks (screened porch on main, stone patio in basement, second stone patio with fire pit, wood sunbathing deck) - Kayaks (4 total) - Life jackets (1-2 in each size will be provided) - A pack and play and highchair for guests with younger children - Reading area upstairs with a small library to choose from - Arcade game table in the upstairs flex room - Fully stocked kitchen with all basic kitchen appliances provided - Bluetooth speakers in the common areas for guests to use - EV charger in garage Additionally, thanks to its location in the town of Arley, there are grocery stores and casual restaurants all located within 10-15 minutes from the home. Other things to note: We offer high speed internet for guests, which is generally able to support streaming, web browsing, and video calls. Additionally, our property only has space for parking for six vehicles. Please plan accordingly!

I couldn't have picked a better rental property. It accommodated all of my family. They had a Christmas tree which was perfect because we visited during the holidays. They had every amenity you could think of. We were not far from a local store. This property was beautiful and well decorated. Will book this property again.

We enjoyed our family holiday in your lovely home. The house was amazing and the location couldn’t have been better. We felt the house was top of the line and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The only small issue we had was the couches and chairs did not have that comfortable cozy, curl up in front of the fireplace feel. We plan on being back next year.

This is one of the top two vrbo houses I have ever seen. It has everything you need and more, for a large group. House was very clean upon arrival and communication with the host was spot on.

Everything was great! Plenty of room for 22 adults. It has all the cooking utensils you will need, well stocked with house hold items like toilet paper, trash bags. Some rooms dont have tvs and its hard exercise getting to and from the dock but its still a 10!

The property was way better in person than the pictures and that says a lot. Everything you need, they have. The amenities were perfect! We loved it so much we can’t wait to do our next retreat there again! Our guests loved it!

Great weekend property, extended family with 4 kids and spouses plus 7 grandchildren. House had everything we needed for sleeping, cooking and outdoor activities. It was convenient for all our kids and close to a store in Arley if we forgot anything. Evans Marine and Dunkin Bridge Marina are close for pontoon boat rental. We’ll definitely rent again.

Celebrated a 60th birthday with all the children, grandchildren and Sister. This place is perfect for large families. So much room! The amenities were perfect. Don’t pass this one up!!

Beautifully appointed, great communication with owner, and tons of great spots for our big family to hang out. The kids loved the water slide and the game room! Would def book again… can’t say enough good things. Enjoyed renting a pontoon from Evans Marine - easy pickup and dropoff at Duncan Bridge Marina.

We loved vacationing here. It was so clean, had everything we ever needed and close to a small grocery store just incase you forgot anything, the outdoor areas were just as beautiful. We will definitely book this again in the future!

This house is a gem! We stayed here with our adult children and grandchildren and the house was perfect for us. It is much more spacious than we realized it would be- it was more space than we needed, but since it was such a good value we didn’t mind that at all. Our grandchildren loved the bunk room and the second floor game room (especially the arcade game!), and enjoying the lake with the kayaks. The kitchen is beautiful- I loved cooking on that range!! I also appreciated how comfortable all of the beds were and the cute reading area upstairs. The walk down to the dock wasn’t bad at all for how high the house is- they have done a great job breaking it up with some beautiful decks and patios, so honestly there aren’t actually that many stairs- and we actually used the decks more than the dock because of how pretty the views were and all the great outdoor furniture. All in all, this was a fantastic stay and we look forward to returning again in the fall!
