It is a 3 story house with 4,100 sqft of heated & cooled living area with 1,500 sqft of porches & balcony. There are 60" flat panel tvs on every floor with surround sound on the main level and whole home music in main living areas and porches. The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 1 bunk room with all bedrooms having views of the lake. House also has gas grill on the main level porch; foosball table on upper level; ice maker (pellet ice!) and pool table on lower level. Enjoy your own private boat house with a swim platform, paddle board, tubes, floats and a Lilly pad. The main things that drew us to this location was the number of people that it accommodates in bedrooms and access to the lake. The house is well supplied. It is a beautiful location to just enjoy being together with family. As noted by others, the biggest drawback is access to the house.

My family and siblings, along with their families, stayed here while we were in the area for our brothers wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better set up. The kitchen was stocked extremely well, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The views and boat house were amazing. We’d definitely stay here, if in the area again.

We had a great time at Daniel's lake house. The house is huge, with ample room for large groups due to the living room/common area/tv on each of the 3 floors - this was really great during our college football season visit. The week we arrived, new Fiber internet had been installed so in spite of the lack of cell service, everyone was able to stay connected. The driveway is steep, as others have noted, but taking it slow is the way to go. Can't wait to be back next year.

This was one of the most enjoyable places I have ever stayed. The only slight minus (that I know the owner has no control over) is spotty internet service. Perhaps boosters or enhancers placed in each of the three floors of the house for the internet may help that. But I am no geek squad kind of guy - so that may not work. At any rate, waht a great place for a fmaily gathering!!!!

We had a wonderful time. It was everything we wanted for our vacation. We love that it was in a no wake zone with plenty of water toys to play with. We did a lot of cooking for our big family. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The only bad thing was the lack of Internet and phone service. However, for those of us who did not have job responsibilities to check on, the lack of service was great. We had some wonderful conversations!

We had 17 immediate family for our annual Smith Lake vacay. We had an amazing time here. All 3 levels of home stay nice and cool(always an issue with previous multi level homes we have rented). Plenty of water toys to enjoy on the large dock. We had everything we needed and recommend this home to larger families looking for a great get away on Smith Lake. It was a short boat ride to the open channel where we do much fun tubing and sight seeing. The driveway is challenging however we managed just fine with caution and taking it slow. The owner provided detailed directions and we were able to find the home just fine. We will definitely stay here again!!

The house is beautiful, in an amazing spot right on the lake. Only issue we had was the road getting there and the steep driveway, both not big issues. Very nice dock with recreational equipment. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend bro anyone.

We had a great weekend! The house was perfect for our group! Everything was just as described. We like the quiet area of the lake that it was on. The road in and the driveway were a little scary, but that in no way hindered our feelings about the property or the owner.

Great house for our group. 12 Senior Girls and 3 sets of parents. House was amazing and so roomy. Jumping Rock, Dock and outdoor areas were more than advertised. Easy in/out procedures. We absolutely loved everything about this property! Incredible views and the house exceeded our expectations. A really neat lake access and the jumping rocks looks super fun for summer swims! We will stay here again!!

We travelled with our entire family, inlaws and all, from Nashville for a short getaway. We had plenty of room for the six adults and six children ranging in ages from 16 to 12. The house was perfectly equipped and have everything we needed.

The house was amazing, everyone had a bed and something for all ages. The driveway defiantly is steep but once your there is great. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes up

This is our third visit to this property and we LOVE IT! The house is gorgeous and has all that we need to enjoy a weekend with friends. The gravel road and driveway were a little tough to navigate after a hard rain, but the accommodations more than made up for it. The owners are easy to contact and very responsive. Cannot recommend the property enough!

If you have a large family, and are looking for a peaceful view to look at while enjoying a cocktail, or a cup of coffee, this is a good spot. The driveway isn't for the faint of heart, but the payoff with the view is worth it. More than enough space to spread out, 3 floors with each living areas gives enough space for even those who need a little peace and quiet can escape to. It isn't in town, but has a store close enough for what you may need. My Family really enjoyed the stay!

We threw my future sister in law a fabulous relaxing bachelorette party here! There was so much room and the house looked amazing! Daniel was easy to communicate with and worked with us! Our one and only complaint is the driveway. We couldn’t go to dinner one night because the car couldn’t get out of the driveway. Then on the day of check out the van carrying all the food couldn’t make it out and had to be “towed” out with the help of another vehicle. If renting this property be cautious of the vehicle you bring. Other than that everything was great!

The property was very accommodating for family fun on the lake. The owners graciously made available to us their kayaks and other water gear, which allowed us to make the most of the lake. The home is large and spacious and has comfortable patio furniture for enjoying the large patio on the main floor. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, although a house this size could use a few more plates and dishes for meals to aviod constant running of the dishwasher. We had trouble getting useful internet access, perhaps due to the large number of devices that came with our large group, and most tv's were not connected to cable, so we were not able to enjoy them, but we found we seldom needed those in this lovely outdoor oasis.

We comfortably hosted 13 people for a week and my family can't stop talking about how beautiful the house and lake were. We are already planning next year's trip. The host was generous with lake toys like lilly pad, kayaks, and paddle boards. We played in the water for most of the day. The house is spacious, clean, and secluded. The driveway is steep but we managed, even with sedans. If you work remote and depend on internet, I recommend bringing a hot spot or planning to work closer to town for critical video calls. If you need music for chilling or videos for kids, download them ahead of time. My family works in Tech so the slow and intermittent internet was a much needed blessing so we could all relax and disconnect. Fantastic property. We will be back!

We had an amazing 4 and half days on Smith Lake. The house did not disappoint even if the driveway was a bit steep we dealt with it and had an amazing time! Our children ALL made awesome memories. Dock was great along with the paddle boards, kayaks, floats and Lilly pad. My youngest son spent most the trip snorkeling and discovered the Smith Lake jellyfish. The views from the home were amazing and did not disappoint. Daniel was responsive and wonderful to work with. The WIFI was spotty but also forced our teenagers to find some good old alternatives for entertainment! :-) which all of us adults appreciated watching! Thank you for an amazing vacation.

We were slightly nervous after reading a few of the most recent reviews; however, our stay was wonderful. Everything was exactly as pictured. The host was quick to respond and was very accommodating. We had a WONDERFUL time with our group of friends at this beautiful home. Will definitely be coming back!

The property is beautiful. The views are amazing and peaceful. It was a bit difficult to located as the GPS did not pick up the address and there were not enough markings to the property. The parking is quite difficult; the slope/drop-off is a hazard and not adequately described on the property description. The smaller bed on the lower level/yellow room has a mattress that is need of replacement or attention. The house was not clean, and it was visible it had not been clean in a while. There need to be a water softener, it smells terrible. The sectional on the entry floor was not clean. The floor was not clean. The connectivity was awful. The beddings in the rooms are extremely dirty and have not been washed and maintained. Suggestion.. purchase toilet seats to fit the toilet. Replace the lawn furniture downstairs

This property was big and spacious with a great dock. Our family of 12 stayed here very comfortably. However, the driveway is so steep, that the listing should have a warning. It was raining the day we left and a few of our vehicles slipped on the wet, steep driveway. We really enjoyed the kayaks that the owner provided, but we could only find one paddle. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed to make meals during our stay. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived, and the owner was very responsive and quickly had someone come out to address the issue. The wi-fi is spotty and weak, but we didn't mind...less screens = more lake time. The bunkbed closet is unusable (very wobbly beds, door doesn't close fully), but there were plenty of beds for our group of 12, so we didn't need to use them. We really enjoyed the pool table. Overall, would probably look elsewhere for our next trip because of the driveway. But, it was a lovely property with space and great lake access.

Pros: This property was beautiful and peaceful. It had plenty of space for our family of 8. The view was amazing!! Cons: The Wifi was awful. None of the bedrooms had cable service, so we couldn't watch tv at night when we went to bed. :( The guest bathroom on the main floor next to the laundry room sink was stopped up, my husband (handyman) removed the trap and all the gunk that had it stopped up. Ice machine is still broken but Host did supply a full bag of ice in the freezer upon arrival. The driveway is extreme!! It's really steep and hard to maneuver. Lastly, the rugs need cleaning but overall, the house was beautiful and we would stay again.

We were blown away from the pictures, but when we arrived and the early next morning.. WE WERE IN AWE!! The property is GAWGEOUS!!!!!! The view of the lake from the balcony is breathtaking!!! Daniel was amazing! My niece got lost and he jumped right in to call and help but they found it! BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!
