About this villa rental
Just a few kilometers from Syracuse, in the heart of the Plemmirio Nature Reserve, “Villa Vella” awaits you. The villa offers a fantastic view of the sea. The property, measuring approximately 200 m², consists of a triple living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 with private bathrooms), and a half-bath on the first floor. It can therefore accommodate 8 people. Three bedrooms have access to a balcony. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for working from home, heating, cable TV, and air conditioning. The highlight of this property is the private outdoor area featuring a pool, garden, open terrace, outdoor shower, and a dining area overlooking the pool. There is also a private gym. Free parking is available on the villa grounds. Your pets, even large ones, are welcome; in fact, there is an area with 4 pet beds for your animals. Events are permitted upon request (depending on the event). Beach/pool towels are provided for a fee. Transportation to and from Catania Airport is available upon request (payment made directly to the driver). Babysitting services, personal trainers, massages, and additional housekeeping services are available upon request for a fee. The property provides guidelines to help guests properly sort their trash. Additional information is available on-site.
