It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. ➤ Guests have full access to the entire unit, including the balcony. Building amenities are not allowed to be used by guests, however, there are several great activities to enjoy in the surrounding area that are fun and easy to access. ➤ Please note that access to mailbox or mailbox key will not be available. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this. No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may potentially result in an immediate cancellation of your stay. Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside). Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed otherwise. We have zero tolerance for violations of house rules.
