Beautiful apartment, spacious, good facilities and thoughtful amenities. Great location.
It wasn’t the most clean, definitely fine but just some feedback. We had a bad experience paying the city tax. Only 10am that morning were we told that we had to pay direct with the concierge and that they also finished working at 6:30pm and wouldn’t be working the rest of the weekend. All other properties my group stayed in had the host take it by card, but we were told it had to be cash here. If we had known this was to be cash a week in advance we would have taken out euros before the trip. We had guests travelling around town (including in an Uber) trying to find a cash machine, there seems to be a lack of them around. We were told we must provide full cash payment before 6:30, this caused a lot of stress for everyone and a lot of time. They arrived at 6:20 with the cash and the concierge wasn’t even there. I messaged the host and they said it’s okay just leave the cash on the table for them to get when we leave? So it was a bit unnecessary to cause this amount of stress. When we came downstairs to go out for dinner, the concierge were there! And they wanted the cash. So, we had to go back upstairs again and get the cash. This situation was stressful and could have been avoided by either an online payment or a weeks warning to take euros out.

Great location in the fashion district of Milan. Communication with the host was good. Good shower and clean. Bottle of sparking wine in fridge for arrival!
unfortunately the air conditioning and Jacuzzi bath were not working on our visit. this may have been due to the instructions being incorrect for the jacuzzi as the on/off button shown on the instructions was not there anymore. the air conditioning came on but didn’t cool at all despite being set correctly. also the arrangement for key collection was not explained at time of booking and was frustrating having to walk to a public parking garage on another street to collect the keys and to return them on day of departure. it was also in the opposite direction to the way we needed to
walk for the metro to the airport adding about 8 minutes to our walk. Also, the “balcony/terrace”. has just about enough room for one person to stand on.
