Clean and comfortable with welcoming staff
Breakfast. Strange options and terrible coffee. Cereals all high sugar. Limited fresh fruit.

Great location - lots of nice restaurants and shops close by; affordable suite option for families; quick check-in and check-out process.
Bed and sofa bed were uncomfortable with very high pillows; in-room water filter very fiddly to use; smoke detector flashes very brightly at night.

It is a great, funky hotel with its own character, and the location is perfect I've stayed multiple times when in HKG.
Nothing.

Great location - easy for public transport & restaurants, nice simple rooms, friendly staff. Overall, I would recommend this place to everyone. Good ratio between price and performance.
