Avoid this rental! Filthy conditions, mold-like growth, and nonexistent communication. We left without staying a single

Absolutely nothing. The communication was terrible and virtually non-existent, the apartment was filthy and had what appeared to be a mold or mold like growth infestation that made us start to feel headache like symptoms within an hour of being there, and they provided no support to help obtain safer alternate accommodation or even provide us with a refund despite the unsafe conditions of the apartment.

This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Despite the terrible communication with the property management, we managed to finally confirm an early check-in in writing. However, when we arrived at the agreed upon time, we entered to find another party still inside. When we returned later, the apartment had not been cleaned, was filthy, and even had broken furniture. While inspecting the apartment, we discovered extensive mold-like growth, visible water/moisture damage, a strong musty odor, and poor ventilation. The conditions could only be classified as biohazard-like, and within an hour we began experiencing headache-like symptoms. We documented everything extensively. Communication was equally unacceptable. The property ignored every message I sent through Booking.com and WhatsApp. They only responded when my husband called—even though I was the person on the reservation. Once we requested cancellation and a refund due to the conditions, they stopped communicating entirely. We left roughly 3 hours later (finding a last minute pet friendly hotel for a larger dog was incredibly difficult), stayed zero nights, and had to pay for alternative accommodation ourselves. Booking.com later contacted the property for a refund, which the property refused to authorize. Had the actual condition of this apartment been represented in the listing, we never would have booked it. This was an absolute nightmare. Avoid at

Okey

The living was really nicely done. It was far from the city center but a perfect location for our needs.

There's a lot of details missing, the table needs an update. I saw cockroaches in the room . The bed was super bumpy and uncomfortable. The first room in the corridor smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom smelled like humidity. The apartment has the entrance directly from the street so we could hear everything it was going on in the street but to be honest the rooms were silent. There's a huge fan between the door and the floor this should be fixed. There was no hanging place in the rooms and the cupboard was quite broken. I hurt my feet because of a nail in the floor

Good value for money.

The host was very kind and provided clear instructions on how to reach the apartment and collect the key, making the process very convenient. The apartment was well-organized and comfortable. Although we didn’t spend much time there, it was perfectly equipped for our needs and located very close to the train station.

L’emplacement

En procés d’abandonament i molt brut. O no van netejar abans de l’arribada o ho van fer molt malament. Tot ple de cabells, marques de gots als mobles, llençols bruts… molt desagradable.
