About this villa rental
A typical private 19th-century Tuscan villa (for rent only) located in the Mugello countryside, a 50-minute drive from Florence.
With 8 bedrooms, it offers sweeping views of the surrounding countryside, a large fenced-in park with centuries-old trees, a 6x12-meter chlorinated swimming pool with a constant depth of 145 cm, a brick barbecue, a wood-fired pizza oven, garden furniture, and a ping-pong table.
All for the exclusive use of the guest staying there.
The property is laid out as follows.
First floor: spacious entryway with hallway, fully equipped kitchen, dining room with a large dining table, and living room with sofas and a television; 1 bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the garden, 1 double bedroom + 1 single bedroom with a queen-size bed, 1 bathroom with a shower, and 1 guest bathroom accessible from the hallway.
First floor: hallway-living room used as a reading room, access to the sun terrace, 5 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom with both a shower and a tub, and 1 bathroom with a shower.
One of the double bedrooms on the first floor opens onto the large sun terrace with a 180° view of the valley.
For a total of 15 beds + 2 by adding two single cots (at an extra cost).
Rounding out the property are the spacious grounds and a 6x12-meter chlorinated swimming pool with a constant depth of 145 cm, complete with umbrellas and lounge chairs.
