The location and proximity to the MTR and markets especially Temple Street night market. Sally is extremely helpful and resourceful.

Location is great once you find it as its on the 5th floor.
I have no issue with the small room as it is HK comfort but the aircon is wonky and becoming a big issue as it goes from 15 16 degree to suddenly 28 degree. I had to wake up a few times in the middle of the night to either reset the aircon or turn it off. Could have been cleaner and better ventilated.
